Analysis of Human Resource Performance, Measurement and Planning in a Selected Company
Tůmová, Martina ; Kocourková, Jana (referee) ; Konečný, Štěpán (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on the use of personal resources in the team Support of applications belonging under the Service Desk in a selected company. The task is to analyze the current state and to propose how to extend a report on a quality and demanding requirements of selected applications. The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical and methodological part, where basic information on human resources and their management is presented, and an application part where the selected company is presented and analyzed the current state of utilization of human resources. The comparison between the data from the report and the facts is based on observations and interviews with employees. Benefits of this work are better data in the reports, which determine the possibility of acquiring human resources to the team. In the future, the information obtained will serve as a basis for setting up effective workflow management in the new system. At the end of the thesis, an overall evaluation of the thesis is made, the solution and the prediction of the further development of the human resources utilization in the selected team are proposed.
Evaluation of nitrogen balance with respect to the administered parenteral and enteral nutrition and the composition of the body in critically ill patients
Vaňková, Martina ; Hronek, Miloslav (advisor) ; Havel, Eduard (referee)
The aim of this thesis was to identify and assess the nitrogen balance due to the field of nutritional support, body composition, energy expenditure, utilization of nutritional substrates and their changes during the hospitalization. Nitrogen balance was determined in 12 men and one woman (age 44 ± 16,4 years) with multiple injuries (ISS 40 ± 11) in the ICU based on 2 measurements in the time interval of 1-7 days, as the difference between the received and the ecrected nitrogen. The energy expenditure and nutritional substrate utilization nutritional indirect calorimetry, body composition analysis and blood chemistry laboratory were examined at patients. Correlation analysis revealed dependence between nitrogen balance and other monitored parameters and also dependence on the length of their trauma. Total protein intake averaged 1,40 ± 0,69 g.kg-1 .d-1 . At this dose were recorded negative values of nitrogen balance in the first measurement of the 9-patients and in the second measurement of the whole group. In this work also the results of uptake of parenteral and enteral route were compared. In practice, significant correlations were found between total uptake and energy expenditure (p = 6,31.10-3 ; r = 0,6) in the first measurement, and on the other hand negative correlation during the second...

Analysis of the ICT needs of the South Bohemian University Orchestra
SVITIČ, Daniel
The main topic of this bachelor thesis is to apply the company process management and effectivization on rehearsals of the South Bohemian University Orchestra. With the usage of time frames, my thesis aims to analyse the effectivity of time management during the rehearsals and subsequently to increase it with suggested improvements. The same process is used in the companies when achieving resource optimization. In my thesis I will examine the effect of such analysis on the rehearsals or on teaching. As the words like effectivization or optimization are commonly used especially in the business area these days it may be assumed that these approaches are to be used not only in business area but also in teaching sphere, as my thesis aims to substantiate. Apart from the objectives stated above, my thesis also provides the possible design and selection of the technical equipment which may be used when sounding the orchestra. The thesis also includes a stageplan, i.e. the document consisting of technical requirements for the concert. The stage plan may be used as a basis for external organizers and sound engineers.
