Ultrasonic field of level sensors measurement
Hlavatý, Radek ; Fialka, Jiří (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
The paper deals with the description of the ultrasonic field around the piezoelectric sensors. The theoretical part serves as an overview for the understanding the ultrasound problematics. More closely studied is the phenomenon of ultrasound wave attenuation. At the end of the theoretical part, three different methods of field measuring were selected and described. The practical part of this work is a more detailed description of the whole measuring system available in the Continental laboratory, that has been put into operation. The system uses a reflection method to measure the ultrasonic field. Automated way of data processing in the form of a script in Python and a macro in Excel was designed. Uncertainties were determined by the test measurements, so was the repeatability of the measured results, that correspond to the physical theory.
Eliminator of dental calculus
Šobich, Adam ; Sekora, Jiří (referee) ; Rozman, Jiří (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis is focused on system design of eliminator of dental calculus operating at a frequency of 27 kHz and reaching the intensity of ultrasound on the applicator tip to 5 W/cm2. The work analyzes problems of dental calculus, principle of ultrasonic waves and the physical phenomena occurring in the environment, which it passes. Another part of the work describes the creation of waves using ultrasonic transducer and the amplification of ultrasound in the waveguide. Practical part of work is presented by functional diagram, which describes the sequence and function of the main parts of the device. The Bachelor’s thesis presents individual steps for design of applicator and the circuit for eliminator of dental calculus, including calculations and diagrams. The resulting circuit is experimentally verified and supplemented with draft of the printed circuit board.
Ultrasonic measurement system for the analyzing of air floating around the PV module
Ondraczka, Lukáš ; Jandová, Kristýna (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
The work deals with development and assembly of a prototype of the analog part of ultrasonic measurement system for the analyzing of air floating around the photovoltaic module. This prototype consists of the exciter, amplifier, ultrasonic transducers and receiver. The work builds on Ing. Jiří Hofman’s previous work, where was also created a prototype’s block diagram. The work uses PSPICE for prototype development and laboratory tests for its assembly. Due to the scale of work will this bachelor thesis continue as the author's diploma thesis.
