The History of the Guild Crafts in a Town Krupka

This diploma thesis entitled "The history of guild crafts in a town Krupka" aims to bring the origin, development and functioning of craft guilds which operated in the town Krupka. The main aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the content of guild orders, guild books and file material from different perspectives, which are described in detail in the chapters, in which the work is divided. The chapter sources and literature reflects the important archival sources related to guilds in a general scale for the territory of Krupka and the chapter also informs about the basic issued publications, that are thematically bind to the guild organizations, their development and functioning. The following section outlines the administrative development in the town Krupka. At the core is the chapter dealing with the guild craft in Krupka from different angles and perspectives. The annexes attached to this thesis is complemented with information referred to in the text of the work, and are composed mainly of namespaces of craftsmen.
Personage of the Apostle Peter in the canonical gospels

The Bachelor thesis The Figure of the Apostle Peter in Canonical Gospels is focussed on displaying of the leading Jesus disciple depicted in all the Gospels and the most frequently mentioned of Jesus' disciples. All canonical Gospels had their origin with a certain time span from the depicted events, so it is necessary to take into account the later reflection of his authentic life story. The first chapter summarizes the basic facts about his origin and social inclusion, attention is also paid to the use of the native name of Simon in comparison with the accepted name of Peter, by which he entered the history of the Church. The chapter provides an overview of all Petrine pericopes, verses and even brief references. The second chapter discusses the pericopes and verses shared by at least of two gospels, observing their coincidences and differences. The third chapter is focussed on special pericopes, recorded only by one of the evangelists, who, in these cases, drew on special traditions. Simon Peter was called by Jesus to follow among the first disciples, from the beginning he played a leading role among them, profiled as their spokesperson. PhDr. Mireia Ryšková, Dr. theol. Praha 2019 2 Abstract The thesis deals with the topic of the fear in synoptic gospels. Fear is a phenomenon that affects every person and is subject of interest to several scientific disciplines. This thesis is focusing on fear as an emotion. The selection of gospel excerpts is narrowed to those containing call to overcome fear. The pericopes are categorized according to situations causing fear: fear of the future, fear of people, fear of tasks' difficulty, fear during miraculous apparitions, fear of death, and fear of apocalyptic dreads. The last topic of the thesis are general calls to overcome fear. The reactions of the biblical personalities are diverse and can be viewed as model attitudes inspiring modern society. In the introduction, the topic of fear is briefly characterized in perspective of psychology, philosophy and theology. The focus of the thesis is the exegesis of selected pericopes, thematically sorted into seven chapters ending with short recapitulations of the main ideas. After the generalizing conclusion, an overlap into spiritual life is suggested.

Guilds of clothing and textile crafts in Krupka

This barchelor thesis called "Guilds of textile and clothing crafts in Krupka" aims to approach and explain working of single textile and clothing guilds in Krupka - guild of tailors, stockings manufacturers, weavers and leather dressers. This barchelor thesis reflects the time period 1589-1859 and presents the information on the numbers of apprencites, getting the master right and functioning of the guilds on the basis of preserved guild statues and guild books.The thesis is divided into several chapters. Sources and literature section contains the information about the sources from which this thesis is based, and the literature, that was used for this thesis or related to the topic of guilds.The following chapter provides a brief development of guilds in the Czech lands. The core of this thesis is a chapter describing in detail the functioning of textile and clothing guilds in Krupka. For supplement the information serve supplements, which contain name lists of taken apprentices and master right holders.
