Zifčáková, Jana ; Dvořáková, Zuzana (advisor) ; Aust, Martin (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with ways of motivation and stimulation of employees, which is one of the main human resources elements in business that every manager and CEO has to observe very closely. To start with, the thesis presents a theoretical outline of the subject that ranges from defining the basic HR terms and theories to a more detailed and specific listing of possible incentive methods. It also describes the progress of the research that was performed. This introduction is followed by the practical part which starts with a brief description of the company in which a research was executed in order to assess the level of motivation and stimulation in this particular company. In conclusion, an analysis of predicted results is presented together with recommended suggestions that are universally applicable in other business units.
