The leadership training effectiveness for the company
Mashkantseva, Karina
The bachelor thesis focuses on evaluating the Essentials of Leadership (EoL) training programme at a multinational company and proposing a ROI model using the Phillips ROI methodology. The primary objectives are twofold: (1) to measure the effectiveness of the EoL programme using the company’s current qualitative indicators , and (2) to develop a customised ROI model that evaluates the monetary benefits of the programme. To achieve these objectives, the study will employ various techniques, including descriptive statistics, contingency tables, Pearson Chi-squared tests, and trend analysis, to understand the programme's impact on employee job movement and evaluate its effectiveness. The findings will be used to develop a comprehensive ROI model that considers tangible and intangible benefits, direct and indirect costs, and ways to reduce investment while maintaining impact, providing recommendations to improve the current state of the EoL programme's evaluation method.
