The diploma thesis deals with the compilation of a business plan for establishing a company specializing in selling outdoor equipment in the Zlín region. The theoretical part includes a detailed description of the business process, the analytical and research methods used in planning and the structure of the business plan. The second part the thesis provides an analysis of the business environment using selected methods as well as a primary survey of potential customers with the goal to validate ideas and identify key factors for the assessment and selection of the market strategy. The design part of the thesis describes the chosen strategy and business model breakdown.

The theme of this work is assess the current state of organic foods and their prospects in Highlands region. The theoretical part was focused on environmental, economic, social and other aspects of the production and consumption of organic food. Also was assessed the development of the scope and structure of organic farming and organic food sector in the Czech Republic and individual regions. The practical part of the work has already been at the Highlands region. Survey took place here on the selected specific farms focusing on production, market strategy, forms processing and marketing of products. The object was also to evaluate and characterize ways of selling organic products to the final consumer in terms of range of products, origin and price. A questionnaire survey was conducted, which focused on consumers of organic food.
Analyses of the Spirits Market and Possible Implications for Marketing Strategy in Macedonia

Although mostly associated with the harmful consequences of alcohol abuse over the public health, the industry of distilled spirits represents a very important and substantial part of the economy. Nowadays, the spirits industry does not only consist of alcoholic beverages; but it is part of many cultures, creates a certain image, and provides additional incomes for the economy in the form of taxes and excises, as well as job creation. The main aim for writing this paper on this topic was to analyze the Macedonian spirits market and to suggest a marketing strategy through making parallel comparisons between specifics in different spirits markets in the world and the spirits industry in Macedonia. Working in the spirits market industry requires careful execution of the company's strategies and policies, while respecting all the legislation procedures. That is why when entering the spirits market; a good and essential analysis is necessary.
