Medical standing devices
Vadják, Šimon ; Ronzhina, Marina (referee) ; Kolářová, Jana (advisor)
This bachelor‘s thesis deals with patient verticalization and medical standing devices, which we use for this purpose. These findings are particularly important for rehabilitation and nursing care and also for the development of new standing devices. The bachelor‘s thesis describes the basic con¬cepts of human motor skills, the effect of changing position on the human organism, an overview of medical standing devices and their comparison. Thesis deals with comparison of the technical pa¬rameters of two standing devices more closely, standing device BALANCE Trainer and STOJ. The final part is devoted to measuring blood pressure using the noninvasive, continuous method of measuring at a group of wheelchair users during verticalization. I created a program with a graphical interface which allows measured data to load, display and measure, in numerical compu-ting environment MATLAB (version 7.9.0-R2009B). The results were statistically tested in the same numerical computing environment.
Oscillometric blood pressure measurement
Benešová, Lenka ; Janoušek, Oto (referee) ; Šikner, Tomáš (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of an oscillometric blood pressure measurement method in LabVIEW. It presents the research of blood pressure measurement methods focusing on an oscillometric method. It describes the study of different methods of measuring the systolic and diastolic blood pressure from an oscillometric curve and the implementation of two of these methods in LabVIEW. The accuracy of the implementation was verified with an auscultation technique on 37 measured subjects.

The Analysis of the influence of sports massage back blood presure for the students of physical education PF JU
ČAMROVÁ, Monika
The aim of the thesis is to analyze the impact of sports massage the back and its effect on blood pressure in students of physical education and sport. It measured 10 students who completed the 10 measurements during massage. Students were selected randomly by drawing lots. The results of measuring their blood pressure are presented anonymously. Blood pressure was measured by means of a digital pressure gauge on the arm. The students were measured before the massage, during the massage, right after the massage and after five minutes of resting. The measurement results are shown in Tables and their mean value graphing. Overall measurement showed that massage can affect the range of blood pressure in a small extent. The effects of massage on the lymphatic and blood circulation are noticeable to the human body.
