Construction technological project of Aquacentre Kouhoutovice

The diploma thesis deals with construction technological project of Aquacentre Kohoutovice. The thesis handles technological prescription of compact external cladding assembly including supporting structure. The thesis also includes assessment of transport itinerary, itemized budget with bill of quantities, design of site equipment, time and financial plan, construction schedule, machine assembly, control and test plan and safety and health care policy.

The theme of the bachelor thesis is design documentation detached house in Vsetin. The building site is located in the Stara cesta, which is the city plan for the construction of buildings for individual housing. The building is located on plot number 5379/2. The building is designed as two floors and no cellarage. The floor plan dimensions will be 12,81 x 8,32 metres + terrace in the 1st floor. Overall height of the building will be 8,51 meters at the ridge. The building has gabled roof with a slope of 40 degrees. The basement is formed by the permanent formwork. The vertical framework beams are built of Porotherm 24 P + D. The horizontal framework beams are built of Porotherm and make the ceiling. Roof structure will consist of a wooden frame. The facade will be lined with ceramic tapes Terca Klinker. Roof deck will be Pre-patinated Titanzinc sheet.

This bachelor thesis deals with the processing of project documentation for a new building called VillaHouse. The building is located in the southeastern part of the City of Polička. This is a three-story apartment building with a flat roof. The building has main and side entrances. The main entrance to the building is wheelchair accessible. The first floor has been designed with storage areas as well as a staircase and vestibule. The second and third floors are designed with 6 separate apartments. The apartments are of different size categories (2 + 1, 3 + 1, 1 + kc, 2 + kc and 2 x 3 + kc). The building has sheltered parking for 6 cars. The footings of the building are made of plain concrete. The supporting and perimeter walls are made from ceramic blocks. The ceiling constructions are made of prestressed reinforced concrete panels SPIROLL. The external walls are insulated with contact insulation ETICS.
Sports centre Polička

This thesis deals with the design and elaboration process of a project documentation of a sports centre. The designed sports centre building is situated in the southern part of the town of Polička, in the area determined for sports and free time activities complexes and areas. It is a two-floor, non-cellar, flat-roof building. It is based on plain concrete strip foundations and reinforced concrete foundation footing. The bearing, peripheral and partition walls are designed from POROTHERM hollow clay blocks. Reinforced concrete columns are designated in open disposition areas. The ceiling construction is made from SPIROLL pre-stressed concrete floor slabs and point-supported reinforced concrete slabs. The peripheral walls of the first aboveground floor are insulated with external thermal insulation system with a protective gabion facade. The peripheral wall thermal insulation in a bowling restaurant and gym halls extension is designed from a ventilated facade with CEMBRIT METRO facade cladding panels. The building is functionally divided into two main parts with a shared entrance. The sports centre with gyms and other sports facilities form the first part. Three squash courts, a mini-football piste, a special room for spinning and alpinning, a room for group exercising and cloakrooms with sanitary facilities are designed within one part of the sports centre. A restaurant with a bowling area and a kitchen with storerooms and other facilities for employees form the second part. The designed complex is barrier-free. There is aimed to be a car park for fifty cars, four motorbikes and a bus in front of the building. Three parking places are for disabled people.
