Study of static behaviour of selected agricultural objects
Horský, Vojtěch ; Zídek, Rostislav (referee) ; Brdečko, Luděk (advisor)
This thesis deals with the study of static behavior of agricultural buildings, evaluating their existing state using two-dimensional and three-dimensional construction models. Elements that serve to improve static effects of constructions are implemented into these models or replace the currently used elements. Strains of the modified constructions are calculated are applied to qualify the implemented elements and designed joints.
Creation of 3D Model of the Church of St. Tomas Using Photogrammetric Method
Bugan, Bernard ; Kalvodová, Petra (referee) ; Hanzl, Vlastimil (advisor)
The thesis deals with the 3D model creation of St. Thomas church in Brno. The close-range and aerial photogrametry were used for the model creation. Coordinate calculation of control points was created with use of a geodetic surveying and its processing. Software PhotoModeler Scanner, especially version 6 was also used for creation of three-dimensional church model.
The Footbridge for Pedestrians across the Berounka River
Kováčová, Kristýna ; Buchta, Stanislav (referee) ; Šmak, Milan (advisor)
The aim of the Bachelor´s thesis is a static design of the footbridge for pedestrians across the Berounka river. The structure is created as three-dimensional model. The internal forces are calculated by FEM programme Scia Engineer 15.1. The load-bearing elements are designed with these forces. The length of the footbridge is 12,12 m, width 2,9 m and height 1,5 m. The footbridge is mostly made of glued laminated timber. Others materials are steel and timber. The steel is used fort connectors, wind bracing elements and bracing semi-frames. The construction is solved as timber beam with through-spain. The footbridge consists of two timber beams, floor beams, stringers and wind bracing elements.
Creation of 3D model of building using laser scanning
Sabo, Stanislav ; Kalvodová, Petra (referee) ; Kalvoda, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to scan the part of the interior and exterior of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Communication building using the FARO Focus3D X 130 scanner, and the creation of a 3D model in the WGS 84 system. Subsequently, methods, status and utilization research of this technology and point cloud processing software is provided. The collected data are processed in the SCENE. Three-dimensional model is designed using the Pointfuse and Microstation V8i programs. In the end, the registration accuracy of the scans and the resulting 3D model accuracy are evaluated.
Stress-strain analysis of the process of continuous steel casting
Cabaj, Gabriel ; Petruška, Jindřich (referee) ; Návrat, Tomáš (advisor)
The thesis is focused on the development of a computational model for determination of stress and strain of a round billet in the process of continuous steel casting. The supplied material characteristics, the geometry of the continuous casting machine and the temperature distribution in the billet are applied as input data for stress and strain analysis. The computational model based on the finite element method is developed in the commercial software ANSYS. The thesis can be divided into three parts. The first part includes background information related to the continuous casting of steel and a research analysis of the computational modeling of this process. The second part describes the development of the planar and three-dimensional computational model in detail. Finally, the obtained stress and strain results are analyzed and general conclusions, and recommendations for further development are proposed.
