Drama in education and literary story in a nursery school - in the works of Zdeněk Svěrák

This thesis deals with the possibilities of application of Zdenek Sverak's work in a kindergarten drama education. The theoretical section summarizes the information about the life and works of Zdenek Sverak and the findings regarding the possibility of using a literary narrative in a kindergarten, while applying the methods of drama education. There follows a description of the developmental patterns of preschool children and their significance for the drama education. The practical part of the thesis uses the books of Zdenek Sverak to process and reflect upon thematic units, in which the drama education methods were used. At the conclusion of the thesis, there is an evaluation of the research observations, obtained during my implementation of the thematic units.

The aim of the thesis entitled "In the footsteps of the traditional crafts in our town an educational project in the kindergarten", is to develop a year-long project of work with children on a concrete topic The town of Žirovnice and buttons.The theoretical part deals with the traditions and their influence on human, then the history and present of buttons industry in Žirovnice. This part also defines terms as a project, thematic unit.The practical part is called "We play with the buttons all year round" and it includes thematic units focused according to the weather seasons, which are elaborated on other sub-themes.The topics are implemented with children at the age from 4 to 6 and are always evaluated at the end of the sub-theme. The practical part is supplemented with a photo documentation of children´s works.
The reflecting of Folkways in Nursery School education Plan

In my bachelor thesis I point to the possibility that render traditions in the creation and implementation of educational content of school curriculum kindergarten. I suppose that the program based on folk tradition can fully meet requirements for pre-school education in the curriculum for pre-school education. In the theoretical part I focus on the folk traditions that are natural and connected with nature. I´m trying to integrate these traditions into pre-school education. I describe folk traditions and their traces in my region. In the practical part I present the vitality of folk traditions in nursery school. These are activities and actions that can be carried out in nursery school. The content of school curriculum has been compiled using folks traditions. All these topics are added with thematic unit Feasts. The thematic unit is accompanied by a video as a cross-sectional image.
