Zašová - monastery in the hands of the public

The project deals with the reconstruction of the former monastery Trinitářského of the order and of the downstream area of the village Zašová. The purpose of remodeling is to create a proposal, which would consist of center socially needed social services and sufficiently, would use the hidden potential of the premises. The subject of the solution are, in particular, objects owned by the municipality, i.e. the actual monastery building, a former school building of the economic objects and the extensive convent garden. In solution is also included consideration of intending over the potential involvement of the parish building and the baroque church of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary into the overall idea of the concept. The whole design is trying to cater to the needs of the community, and to highlight also its development potential in the context of the wider surrounding area.

The topic of this work is urban study of development area in the city Vyskov. The area is situated by the border of the city. This place is between two different forms - high apartment building (seven floors) and family house - border of the city and village. My purpose is make concept, which make quality background for life, place, where people want spend their time together outside. Make interestting place with activitties for every age group. As new buildings are designed residental houses, family houses and facilities. Its operational and layout solutions adapted to the position and orientation of the compass.

The Cooperation of Psychosocial Crisis Workers and Firefighters

The diploma work is called: The cooperation of psychosocial crisis workers and fire fighters. Psychosocial crisis workers and fire fighters meet at extraordinary situations - at disasters, where they are in the role's of helpers. The diploma work is written from the position of newcomer, who is learning how to do their job well. The aim of this thesis is to chart the areas and possibilities of the cooperation between these two professions which meet in practice, so that they can make their job well and in harmony with their own expectations and expectations of the others. The thesis bear upon specialized literature from Czech and foreign environment. Procedures and methodics are compiles especially according to the valid legislation and The Standards of psychosocial crisis help and cooperation. The thesis is divided into two parts - the theoretical and the practical. The theoretical part consists of definitions of basic therm, the desrcibtion of the psychosocial crisis help and cooperation and the work of fire fighters from the point of view of their values, principals, roles, impositions, targets of help and cooperation and their bearers. The central part focuses on the area of cooperation between them. The end of the thesis is devoted to considerations about good practice and some experience of it. The...

Property of the municipality

The aim of this bachelor work is to analyze the property of the selected self-governing territorial unit in the region Vysočina. This bachelor work is divided into two parts ? theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals mainly with problems of delimitation of the unit and its authority, characteristics of municipalities´property and financial management of the community. There is made an analysis of the property in the practical section,using vertical and horizontal analysis of the balance and is also monitored the development of revenues and expenditures of the municipality.
