This bachelor thesis deals with diagnostics and static loading test of floor structures. The thesis shortly described construction systems floor structures, the theory of preparation and method of their diagnosis. The selected diagnostic methods are more fully analyzed and described. Furthermore, the work deals with specific floor structure, which is implemented diagnostics, the load test, static calculation and final design evalution.

This bachelor thesis is focused on a problem field of electronic compability as a whole - both the technical and biological side. Each legislative requirements and regulations of EMC are analyzed in this thesis Part of thesis is to design a test procedure for verification of EMC information technology equipment (ITE). Practical work is devoted to an overview and implementation of EMS according to the applicable test standards in the laboratory measurement of the Institute of Electrical Control and Instrumentation FEEC and services in the Research Institute in Brno.

Alternativní a matematické metody a postupy v testování dráždivých a senzibilizujících účinků chemických látek

Etapa E01 – část 1 Vypracování metodického přístupu v oblasti alternativního testování dráždivých a senzibilizujících účinků chemických látek obsahuje podrobné seznámení s problematikou: Rozdělení alternativních metod, testování bezpečnosti chemických látek, kožní dráždivost, oční dráždivost, senzibilizace kůže. Byl vypracován obecný přístup ke (Q)SAR hodnocení vlastností chemikálií a byly popsány konkrétní postupy při použití dostupných softwarových nástrojů. Byl také nastíněn minulý i budoucí vývoj v této oblasti, především se zaměřením na legislativní využití získávaných výsledků v kontextu OECD a EU. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na softwarový nástroj OECD (Q)SAR TOOLBOX, který se pravděpodobně stane mezinárodním standardním nástrojem pro provádění (Q)SAR hodnocení.

Cílem projektu bylo získat přístup k technikám, které jsou vyžadovány novým přístupem k získávání dat o bezpečnosti chemikálií. Jedná se o minimalizaci nebo úplné nahrazení zvířat v experimentech. Byly převzaty, odzkoušeny a zavedeny do rutinní praxe zásadní tzv. alternativní experimentální metody a metody získávání údajů o vlastnostech založených na výpočetních metodách. Do praxe byly zavedeny výpočetní systémy DEREK, CAESAR, TOPKAT, na nichž byla provedena validační šetření. Byla porovnána účinnost jednotlivých softwarových aplikací. Byla dokončena verifikace metody testování kožní dráždivosti na modelech EpiDerm a modelu EpiOcular, BCOP. Byla implementována metoda LLNA.
