Contrastive analysis of the Czech and Spanish legal terminology in Family Law

The aim of this Master's thesis is to excerpt from the Spanish Civil code legal terms typical for family law and to compare their level of equivalence with Czech family law terms. The thesis is divided in theoretical and practical part. The first chapter of the theoretical part describes legal language and compares legal Spanish with legal Czech. The second chapter is about translation of legal texts and its methods. The last chapter of the theoretical part briefly introduces family law and the object of its studies. The practical part contains analysis of family law Spanish terms which are ordered according to its semantic fields. At the end of the practical part there is a commented glossary. The thesis is finally summarized in Spanish résumé.
Analysis of the Czech and Spanish "Education" Terminology

The main goal of our work is to present educational system in the Czech Republic and Spain, and analyze lexical units in the field of education occurring in the theoretical part. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains the comparison of Czech and Spanish educational system and the practical part contains the analysis of lexical units from educational field. After analyzing all the lexical units in the practical part there is a bilingual glossary and a summary in Spanish.
Analysis of the Czech and Spanish legal terminology in Criminal Law "criminal sanctions"

The aim of this bachelor thesis is linguistic comparison of the Czech and Spanish legal terminology of present types of criminal punishments. The secondary aim is to present types of criminal punishments. The thesis is composed of two main parts. The first part, which is divided into chapters and subchapters, is dedicated to brief explanation of criminal law in the Czech Republic and in Spain and subsequently there is a description of the types of criminal punishments in both countries. From this part we gain the relevant terminology for the morphological and content analysis which is made in the second part of this thesis. The part of this thesis is glossary and résumé in Spanish.
Analysis of the Czech and Spanish Legal Terminology in Right of Heritage

This bachelor work analyses the Czech and Spanish special terminology in the sphere of the inheritance law. The objective of this work is to outline the law frame of the hereditary right both in the Czech republic and Spain, setting out comparison of modifications in both countries and paying attention to the most important differences, both in the law content and the language aspect. The practical part is aimed at the lexical analysis of the special terminology in the sphere of hereditary right and problems of juridical terminology. For this purpose was a zero hypothesis stated consisting of partial hypotheses which are verified in the conclusion of the practical part and the results are interpreted. The practical goal is in the application of realia in the sphere of hereditary right on language comparison and its achievement. The work contains a summary in Spanish and a bilingual glossary.
