Cutting farm machine
Hon, Pavel ; Opl, Miroslav (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
This project is devided to three parts - theoretical overview of cutting farm components, design of cutting farm for specified production cell and the design of chip conveyor for specified cuting machine. Theoretical overview introduces common commercial used components of cutting farm, their properties and using possibilities in particular regarding their applicability at cutting farm design and chip conveyor design. In the second part there is proposal of design of cutting farm for production cell consist of six identical multi-function machinig centers. For produced amount of chips there is proposal of their processing from the begining at cuting proccess up to their leavig production hall as a briquetts in a containers. At last part of this project there is complete design proposal of chip conveyor for mentioned multi-function maching center. Design is built from a basic line diagram up to design of particular components including calculations and analysis.

Machinability evaluation of aluminium alloyes - critera for evaluation
Bambula, Michael ; Novák, Zdeněk (referee) ; Bumbálek, Bohumil (advisor)
This bachelor project is directed on aluminum alloys machinability. There are described problemes which originate during aluminum alloys cutting, further influence of chemical composition on machinability. The following part daels with evaluation of aluminum alloys machinability and criteria for its appreciation. In the last part there are introduced the cutting conditions, and cutting tools for aluminum alloys.
Využitelnost recyklátu dřevovláknitých desek ve výrobě kompozitních materiálů
Valko, Filip
The research dealt with the issue of the usability of fiberboard recyclate in the production of composite materials based on particleboard and wood fiber. The investigated properties were moisture content, density, density profile, thickness swelling, flexural strength, modulus of elasticity and tensile strength perpendicular to the fibers. The results were evaluated in Excel after the tests. A comparison of the results between the different boards was then carried out. The use of recycled wood fiber in composite materials has a positive effect on the physical properties, modulus of rupture and tensile strength perpendicular to the plane of the board.
Posouzení využitelnosti vybraných listnatých dřev pro výrobu kompozitu na bázi dřeva
Kašpařík, Matěj
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the possibility of replacing spruce wood in the production of OSB with hornbeam and birch wood. The purpose of the thesis is to compare selected physical and mechanical properties of OSB made of these woods with standardized properties of OSB. In the first part, the origin, characteristics and current use of OSB are presented. The second part deals with the material and methodology of all the tests performed. The following properties of the boards were investigated: moisture content, flexural strength and elastic limit, density profile, swelling, delamination and shear strength of the glued joint. In the third part of the paper, the results of the tests and their comparison with the standard requirements for OSB are presented, followed by a summary and discussion.
Experimentální mechanická analýza konstrukčního prvku LSL s mechanicky diferenciovanými vrstvami
Jadrný, Radek
The thesis is focused on the use of alternative wood in the form of wood waste for the production of wood-based structural composite material. Adverse conditions lead to the deterioration of wood quality, thus generating a larger proportion of waste, which is very important to recycle in terms of storing harmful carbon. Therefore, this thesis deals with the production of the latest strand agglomerated structural material such as Intrallam (LSL) which is almost unavailable and unknown material for the country. For the experimental mechanical analysis of the LSL structural element with mechanically differentiated layers, spruce and larch wood strands were produced with parameters corresponding to those of commercially used strands with dimensional variation of 0.7 - 0.9 mm thickness, 20 to 50 mm width and 300 mm length. For the production of one LSL board, 90% of the strands with a fraction x > 10x10 mm and 10% of the strands with a fraction 5x5 < x < 10x10 mm were used. Larch (REF-MD) and spruce (REF-SM) reference Intrallam and Intrallam with mechanically differentiated layers (MDV) were produced for the research work. The surface layers of the MDV Intrallam were composed of larch strands and the core layer of spruce strands. To ensure excellent mechanical, physical and chemical properties, the LSL was bonded with polymer methylenediphenyl-diisocyanate (pMDI) at a strand moisture content of 7%. The manufactured LSL samples were subjected to mechanical tests – bending with DIC, internal bond strength, shear strength and compressive strength. The results showed that larch wood is a very favorable alternative wood species for the production of structural agglomerated materials.
Posouzení vlivu použitého dřeva na vlastnosti třískových desek
Ďurovec, Juraj
Thesis describes the construction and testing of particle boards, where these boards are made in combination with the recycled wood and chips. In the production of boards we had been using different ratio of the recycled wood and chips. According to the standards, we have created a test samples of the boards and they are subsequently tested for selected properties. Measured results are statistically compared between themselves.
