Airconditioning in the clean space

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the designing of air conditioning system for clean spaces of operating rooms and spaces which are necessary for assuring of operation these operating rooms. The system is proposed to meet hygienic, operational and functional requirements for indoor microclimate of clean spaces. The task of this system is the transport of fresh air to interior, the covering of the heat looses during the winter and the covering of heat gains in summer. The equipment is also designed for regulation of air humidity in the interior. The theoretical part devotes to the issue of air conditioning of clean spaces generally, calculating and project´s parts devote of the concrete concept of two air conditioning equipments for the serving of clean spaces in the specified building. The result of this work is the detailed design work of these equipments.
Ventilation of a cytostatic laboratory

The main goal of this thesis is an introducing and guiding the reader with all important aspects of a proposal of ventilation system for cytostatics laboratory, from theoretical knowledge about the issue via familiarization with an appropriate legislative statute, a demonstration of relevant calculations needed for the project, a proposal in the form of technical reports as well. In this thesis the process of validation, which is needed for installed technology in the cleanroom, is also described. The thesis is supported by drawing documentation of real ventilation project for cytostatics laboratory, which follows the aforementioned technical report and calculations.
Conceptional design for upgrade use of Cleanroom for aerospace parts testing

Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá problematikou spojenou s návrhem čisté místnosti. Cílem práce je představit koncepční návrh na zlepšení využití čistého prostoru pro aero-kosmické zkoušky. První část práce je tvořená analýzou problematiky čistých místností. Na základě teoretického úvodu a zadaných hodnot jsou pro čistou místnost stanoveny parametry. Druhá část představuje koncepční návrhy, kde každý návrh je vytvářen z jiného hlediska. Pro ověření možnosti dosáhnout cílené třídy čistoty, byl vytvořen model čisté místnosti v SOLIDWORKS a proudění vzduchu v čisté místnosti bylo simulováno v programu ANSYS FLUENT.

The work describes an air conditioning and circulation system of a clean room environment in of a semiconductor production site. It is based on given requirements for air cleanness, temperature preasure and relative moisture. The first half of the work describes the way the system should work, classification of construction and operation of the site. The second half describes the calculations of the given parameters on which the system is designed. The calculations deal with - Air exchange and maintaining the required parameters - Designing the muti stage air filtration system - Designing the air flow speed, intake and outlet parameters of the air conditiong distribution system - Desingning the air conditioning units and their possitioning in the utility room
