Residential House

This Bachelor´s thesis solves a project of the residential house for one generation. The object has three floors, a basement and third floor is realised as an attic. Supporting parts of construction are made of POROTHERM system. The exterior walls of the basement are made of shuttering concrete blocks CSB. The saddle roof above the house is created with the concrete roof tiles BRAMAC. The project is focused on implementation part of documentation and treatment of particular details. Next, the project contains technical reports, hygrothermal report, fire safety solution and other technical design of the building.
The family house with veterinary attendance

Bachelor´s thesis deals with a new family house with veterinary attendance in the village Pstruží. The aim of this work is to develop design documents for building construction. It is detached building with two floors and basement. Spaces for veterinary medicine are located in the basement. Two floors are intended for occupancy 4-5 persons.

Bachelor's thesis describes the design of multifunctional brick family house in the picturesque town Štramberk. In the building there is a barrier free ceramic workshop with own store and a housing unit for a family of four. The main focus was on functionality, low energy consumption and placement into the local landscape. The building has a partial basement, two floors and an attic. The roof is gabled, covered with ceramic burnt roofing. On the first floor there is a living room with large terrace, which offers a nice view of the countryside.
