The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of permanent indicators of sustainability in the selected company. In the theoretical part, topics related to the nature of this diploma thesis are mentioned. In the practical part, based on the SAGROS methodology, sustainability was evaluated in the company FARPOL s.r.o., which manages in the Olomouc region. As part of the analysis and subsequent assessment of sustainability, certain indicators were selected, which are divided into three dimensions of sustainability. These dimensions of sustainability include ecological dimensions, in which the balance of N, P, K, organic matter and the intensity of plant protection are evaluated. As the second dimension of sustainability, the ecological dimension is evaluated, which includes the evaluation of sales, profit, contribution to reimbursement rentability. Third and last, the social dimension of sustainability is analyzed and evaluated, which deals with remuneration of employees for work, length of working hours and length of leave. Thanks to this evaluation, it is evident whether the company manages in such a way that it is sustainable in the long term and can prosper permanently.

Sustainability is defined in a rather standard way – fiscal policy is said to be sustainable if the present value of future primary surpluses equals the current level of debt.
