New methods for outer and inner rotary surfaces production.
Urban, Jan ; Zemčík, Oskar (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
This research contains a survey of some methods for outer and inner rotary surfaces production such as turning, grinding, honing, finishing, lapping, drilling, core-drillings and reaming. Comparison of dimensional accuracy and the achievable surface roughness of different methods.
Analysis of machining finishing methods
Urban, Martin ; Chladil, Josef (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of finishing machining methods. The work describes the technologies of grinding, honing, lapping, polishing, tumbling and superfinishing. Furthermore, the residual surface tension after the superfinishing method is analyzed and two possible methods of its measurement are described. An experiment was also performed in which the finishing processes for the bearing spherical roller for axial spherical roller bearing 29434EJ-3, the bearing spherical roller for double row spherical roller bearing 23164CJ-3 and the inner bearing ring for double row spherical roller bearing 22224EKJ N7-2 were described. Six surface roughness measurements were then performed on the surfaces of these components. For the 23164CJ-3 barrel, the mean arithmetic deviation Ra of the profile ranged between 0.59 and 0.70 µm, for the 29434EJ-3 barrel, the Ra value ranged between 0.26 and 0.31 µm, and for the 22224EKJ N7-2 inner bearing ring, between 0.22 to 0.28 m.
Modern cutting finishing methods and their use
Vičar, David ; Polzer, Aleš (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with a summary of today's methods of finish machining and their inclusion in modern engineering production. It primarily focuses on technological characteristics of some basic methods - conventional and also unconventional. Furthermore, the thesis deals with machinery and tools used in these technologies, the advantages and disadvantages of various methods and their achieved parameters.
Roller burnishing tools in engineering.
Henzl, David ; Zemčík, Oskar (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
This bachelor work deals with chipless technology of roller burnishing and tools with bearing on roller burnishing of circular orifices and back-to back surfaces. In the first part of the work elementary conections concerned with finishing and hardening of machine components by roller burnishing are explained. In the next part the classification of tools produced by German company Baublies AG is realised. In the following part there are examples of roller burnishing method utilization in the machine industry. Hereafter, the technical – economical evaluation and comparation with conventional methods of finishing such as lapping, honing, superfinishing, polishing, grinding, core – drilling and reaming, boring work, diamond burnishing and shot peening is realised. In the conclusion of the work the assumptions for the future are given.
Modern cutting finishing methods of outer surfaces
Laňka, Lubomír ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This master`s thesis is focused on modern cutting finishing methods of outer surfaces. In the first part the cutting finishing technologies of outer surfaces are analysed, which is followed by a description of modern finishing methods from the fine machining up-to the nano-machining. The experimental part includes the analysis of surface roughness during front turning of a dural disc and the study of magnitudes of forces during its longitudinal turning. The thesis contains technological-economic evaluation of the achieved results.
