Options evaluation of staff and their stimulation

The aim of this thesis is to propose changes to the evaluation of employees and their stimulation and method exercise in a selected organization. In the theoretical part are defined basic terms regarding evaluation of employees and stimulation of employees. The practical part includes basic information about the selected company, followed interpretation of analysis evaluation of staff and interpretation stimulation of staff in a selected organization. Part of the thesis is a survey, which should reveal existing situation of stimulation employees in a selected bank. Based on the survey results were established suggestions for improvement.
MOTIVATION AND STIMULATION OF EMPLOYEES AT CERTAIN COMPANY

A good motivation and stimulation system is necessary to induct employees in a specific way towards goals stated by the motivator. This final project deals about the company motivation and stimulation system. The goal {\"\i}s to find out some solutions how to better the system and use motivators more effective. I have chosen a questionnaire method for determining goals and the research has been carried out in the international retail selling company. After evalution of the answers I found out that the employees weren´t satisfied with the motivators used in the company. I suggested some ways how to better the situation in the company and make the emplyees satisfied.

This thesis focuses on motivation and stimulation of employees. The aim is to define the main theoretical approaches to motivation of employees and to apply newly gained knowledge into practice. Practical part is represented by research based on questionnaire completed by employees of a concrete company.
MOTIVATION AND STIMULATION IN RELATION TO ETHIC IN A SELECTED COMPANY

The aim of this diploma work is to assess how important role play ethic, motivation and stimulation in the selected company, find their mutual relations and assess their quality. To establish whether ethic, motivation and stimulation really create an important part of the business strategy. The survey was carried out in a private enterprise which focuses on projection, engineering and assembly activities. The survey shows that ethic plays an unsubstitutable role and to a certain extent it impacts on the firm's prosperity. Therefore the employer should motivate and stimulate his employees and have a well-developed incentive program which would allow him to affect purposefully the whole team.
