ŠIMKOVÁ, Monika
Annotation The aim of the project is a small country single-family house for four inhabitans with the acquisition costs as low as possible to get a building licence which is requested by the surveyor's office. I suggest two options of a single-family house in my thesis and choose the more suitable one which is able to match the requirements of a four-member family and does not break a landscape character and a village scene at the same time. I design the optimal disposal of a house which meets actual needs of modern living. I respect the legislative concerning building a single-family house when designing it and a local plan of the village and demands on the project documentation, too. I also deal with the question of a suitable choice of building construction and materials. I have made a compact thesis which can give an idea how important the right project is for a village landscape.
