The chateau Poříčí (Boršov nad Vltavou). Building history and stylistic context.

The final thesis is focused on the building of Boršov nad Vltavou Chateau that is to be found in the part of Poříčí. The final thesis deals namely with the history of construction which is connected to eminent owners of the building as well as those who were of lesser significance. In the first part a description of the construction is offered. At the same time, the state before and after the reconstruction is described. Both forms of the chateau are described because certain changes on the building are apparent before the reconstruction itself. While the object was being reconstructed, the preservation of some historical elements was stressed. Thus, the description after reconstruction serves as comparison and example of what the reconstruction of a building may change or cover. In the next chapters, the thesis examines the image of the chateau across different periods of time. The thesis also comes up with cultural and other preferences of some owners of the chateau, that affected the reconstruction of the building. In the final part of the thesis, a commentary on changes concerning the use of lands and other objects lying in the surroundings of the chateau and having relation to the building is presented. Putting emphasize on these changes, the thesis aims to show the differences regarding the importance of such buildings in the past and the way they are perceived nowadays.

History of restorations of the church of Mary Magdalene in Přední Kopanina

This thesis is concernet with Romanesgue church in the village of Přední Kopanina today in Prague 6. After analyzing interdisciplinary research object, this work presents as a preliminary point prehistoric and early middle ages settlement and history of the area's Přední Kopanina and not only from archaeological findings, but also to construction history and written sources. Will be followed a short overview of historical and of economic development the Church of MarieMagdalena particulary and we will follow also the associated parish since its establishment at the church to decomposition stage, reconstruction in the 19th and 20th century until today. The main part VI will be devoted to the concruction development of the church in the 19th and 20th centuries. The scientific contribution of this work is to provide information authenticity of the core the value of the romanesgue church, which should be reflected in the docu mentation project. The thesis is focused on the hospital of the Holy Spirit in Krnov in 14th to 16th century and his inclusion into the context of medieval hospice care in the middle Europe. It is based on proseminar and seminar works focused on medieval hospice care and in importance and theme is follow up of author's Bachelor thesis Špitál sv. Alžběty ve Wrocławi v širším kontextu středověkého špitálnictví ve střední Evropě (The hospital of st. Elisabeth in Wrocław in wider context of medieval hospitality in middle Europe). The hospital if Holy Spirit was erected in later period than hospital of St. Elisabeth. That is the reason why is the diploma thesis focused of hospitals which was erected in the peak of the Middle Ages these hospitals have got period of main development during the late Middle Ages. In the second chapter the thesis will be focused on analysis of the residential topography of this religious center in scope of medieval Krnov. Former minorite monastery in Český Krumlov - the building history and possibilities of revitalization

This Bachelor's thesis is concerned with the object of former minorite Monastery in Cesky Krumlov, especially with it's building history. In the thesis there are also mentioned Monastery of Saint Klara, Monasterial church, minorite convention and third smallest cloister also known as Monastery of "Bekyn". We will focus on the significant parts of the minorite convention building. Such as former capitular hall, chapell of Saint Wolfgang and the cloister. These rooms were significantly rebuilt in the late Gothic and except a few minor practical changes stay in these terms till now. Last chapter is concerned with the plan of the revitalization of the whole area, which should be used as a modern cultural educational centre.

Church of the Name of the Virgin Mary in Lomec - building history, fuction, decoration

The theme of this bachelor's thesis is the baroque pilgrimage Church of the Name of the Virgin Mary in Lomec that was built by the count F. E. Buquoy on his domain. The church is one of the most important pilgrimage sites in Bohemia. The thesis describes the architecture and the interior of the church, as well as the building history, reconstructions and adjustments which the church passed for more than tree centuries. There is also a chapter about Buquoy's lineage in Bohemia which is inextricably linked to this pilgrimage church. In the conclusion of my thesis is solved the question about the authorship of the proposal which has been often attributed to Jan Santini Aichel in the past. The thesis also includes the attachment with photographs additional the whore thesis.

The castle and romantic park in Vlašim

The topic of this thesis are the castle and the romantic park in Vlašim. This thesis describes the architectural transformation of the castle and his history from the beginnig to the present. The history of castle began already in the 14th century, when a tower house took his place. The period of reconstructions finished in classicism. One part of this thesis deals with romantic park especially with his surviving buildings. The park in Vlašim belongs to natural landscape park. In my thesis I describe the development of natural landscape park in Vlašim and compare the park with the parks in Lednice and in Hluboká nad Vltavou. The thesis also summarizes up the present state of castle. This thesis is the comprehesible monograph of the castle and the park in Vlašim.
