The bachelor project is aimed for design of monolithic reinforced concrete slab supported locally and stairs over the second floor in administrativ object, elaboration of design and reinforcement drawings to bending and shear. Calculation of internal forces is made by computer program SCIA Engineer with manual verification using simplified methods.

The building is located in Humpolec, Highlands Region, Humpolec cadastral, land parcel No. 1877/6, the proposed building of the family house is situated on this land.
