Risk of stationary sources associated with valuation of environmental damage
Procházková, Michaela ; Popelová, Barbora (referee) ; Adamec, Vladimír (advisor)
The problems with the environmental damage valuation which are caused by the stationary sources belong to the important issues to be solved. Due to the heavy industrial activity in the Czech Republic it is important to pay attention to the possible risks which can emerge from these sources and can impact the environment and the health condition of people. The thesis deals with the analysis of the present state of this problem. The analysis of the risks which come from the specific situation is made on its basis. The goal of this thesis is to propose the general procedure of the valuation of the incurred damage on the environment and the minimization of the risks.
Processing and evaluation of experimental data measured at prototype unit for energetic utilization of biomass
Blažková, Blanka ; Kilkovský, Bohuslav (referee) ; Urban, Lukáš (advisor)
Main task of this final thesis is to analyse experimental measured data of prototype unit with output of 1 MW for energic biomass utilization. Furthermore the aim is to get acquainted with energic biomass problems utilization in middle output kettles and with stationary source legislation. To transfer measured value due to legislative conditions this diploma work solves the conversion procedure which is necessary to evaluate emission limits for measured concentration CO, SO2, NOX and stiff contaminating matters. My final work put emphasis on graphics processing in general tables and graphs with trends describtions. Endeavour is achieve discussion bilateral connection.
Legal regulation of air protection against pollution from stationary sources
Koňařík, Vojtěch ; Sobotka, Michal (advisor) ; Fabšíková, Tereza (referee)
66 Legal regulation of air protection against pollution from stationary sources Abstract This thesis deals with the legal regulation of air protection against pollution from stationary sources. The thesis provides an overview of individual administrative-legal instruments of environmental protection, through which air protection against pollution from these sources is regulated. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The content of the first chapter are basic definitions and objective of air protection legislation in general. The second chapter deals with the definition of stationary source of pollution, its meaning in the legal system of the Czech Republic according to Act No. 100/2001 Coll., on Environmental Impact Assessment, Act No. 76/2002 Coll., on Integrated Prevention and Act No. 201/2012 Coll., on Air Protection and the definition in the legal system of the Federal Republic of Germany according to Act No. BGBl. I 1974 S. 721, Federal Immission Control Act and Act No. BGBl. I 1990 S. 205, the German Environmental Impact Assessment Act, and a comparison of the two. The third chapter deals with the Czech legislation on cross-area legal instruments of environmental protection. It also deals with the environmental impact assessment process, the legislation on integrated prevention and the area...
The Issues of unlisted Sources of Air Pollution according to the new Air Protection Act
Trnková, Zuzana ; Žákovská, Karolina (advisor) ; Sobotka, Michal (referee)
Diploma thesis focuses on air protection, especially on the issues of unlisted sources of air pollution according to the czech Air Protection Act. It aims on small stationary sources of pollution that are subject to a softer regulation then huge polluters. Important group of small stationary sources are boilers used in homes to heat them up. In the case, that the operator of the sources does not fulfil his/her responsabilities according to the Air Protection Act, he/she can cause damage to the environment and endanger neighbours health. But because of the right of privacy it is not possible to control the source. The paper analysis the possibilities to resolve the dilemma between three constitutional rights - right of privacy against right to a favourable environment and right to the protection of health.
