Spindle and tool stand design integrated into a robotic machining cell
Totušek, Josef ; Klíč, Daniel (referee) ; Štěpánek, Vojtěch (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the structural design of a stand for spindle and tool storage, integrated into a robotic machining cell. The theoretical part is divided into several chapters that focus on the topic of end-effector changing system and tool holders, along with the introduction of selected types. The practical part includes partial designs necessary for implementing automated operations in robotic machining. The crucial part involves the storage of the spindle in the stand, for which three conceptual designs are created, followed by an evaluation based on a multi-criteria analysis. Furthermore, the realization of the spindle connection with the exchangeable system and the complete integration of pneumatic and electrical circuits are carried out. An assembly drawing is included in the drawing documentation.
