Design of Self-Propelled Sprayer

The main aim of this master's thesis is innovative approach to design of self propelled sprayer with technical, esthetic, ergonomic and economic demands. The final design with it's modern and functional look should be an attractive element of agrotechnics. Another aim is also to fulfill social and psychological functions and address the public about protection of cultivated crops with emphasis on alternative energy and other uses of agricultural machinery.
Design of a spraying unit for a mower with an electric drive

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a prototype spray unit. The design of the sprayer fluid circuit and construction is in accordance with the applicable legislative requirements for the given type of professional equipment. The work describes the theory and machines for spraying with the design and calculation of the sprayer fluid circuit. Furthermore, the design solution, kinematics design and inspection of the rotating frame of the device using the finite element method are described. Part of the work is also drawing documentation.

Simple agrocontroller is a realization of control computer of spray machine in agriculture technique. Introduction describes the types of individual sprayers and their main differences. Hydraulic scheme displays the layout of regulators, ventils, hosepipes etc. Chapter Requirements defines needed functions and variables. Next chapter explains the structure of the layout of agrocontroller´s individual parts. Also defines required functions and features of these parts with real circuits and components and methods of gaining required values. Practical part show how printed circuits boards look like and what are features and properities of agrocontroller.

This thesis deals with the creation of educational materials, machines that are used in agriculture for fertilizing: Solid organic fertilizers, liquid organic fertilizers, solid fertilizers and liquid fertilizers.In the introduction, there is described a short history and then various systems of fertilization, what they consist of and how they work. The thesis is created by searching, searching and comparing received information from professional literature and promotional information materials. The aim of the thesis is to create a text that could subsequently be used as supportive educational material to students who deal with issues of fertilization.

The thesis deals with the analysis of the structure of the spraying mechanism of the sprinkler, namely the folding handles. The introductory part is theoretical and describes the construction of the main parts of the sprayer. Further, this section deals with materials used in construction and their properties, testing and their weldability. The practical part focuses on the description of the part, ie the design and the type of steel used. In addition, an analysis is performed in Autodesk Invertor. The conclusion of the work consists of recommended modifications of the existing construction and design of a new solution.
