My bachelor thesis deals with the improvement during the engagement in the company ELEKTROINSTAL NR s.r.o. This comapany provided me with all the information needed to be able to analyze and describe the current course of the contract. Subsequently, according to processing the analysis I presented proposals that may lead to improvements not only during the engagement, but the entire benefit of the company.

Comparison of Income Tax of Legal Entity in The Context of The Selected EU Countries

Czech company that focuses on financial modelling and advisory is being introduced in the bachelor’s thesis. The company considers expansion of its services. We will evaluate, whether the company shall seek for new capacities in the Czech Republic, or shall establish its subsidiary abroad. Specifically, we will analyze implications on the income tax of the new legal entity and profit repatriation. As is revealed, these factors have an important impact on such decision, and should be taken into account next to the production costs and general business environment in the respective countries.

The bachelor thesis deals with issue of joint ventures of corporate enterprise of more natural persons according to new Civil Code. It focuses on the tax aspect before and after foundation of the company, taxation of natural persons and calculation of tax duty. It also includes a comparison of converting company for selected corporations and selecting the best options.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to create a real business plan which will be the basis for the development of Jemnická Stavba, a.s. company. The project is made up of two parts, theoretical and practical. The practical part includes evaluation of the internal and external situation of the company and the subsequent proposal for a solution. The aim of my bachelor thesis is processing of the quality business plan and verifies that the project is viable.

This Bachelor thesis concerns with the changes of IT infrastructure based on theoretical knowledge and analysis current situation of information system on expected change is the implementation of cloud computing, which the company plans to provide to their customers as a service. Calculation of return on investment and total cost is also a part of the thesis.

This bachelor thesis deals with a financial analysis of a company, trying to assess the current overall economic situation, its causes and its future development. The theoretical part describes what a financial analysis is, what it serves for and what methodological ways of processing it applies. The practical part carries out a financial analysis itself based on information about a company and theoretical knowledge. The conclusion of the thesis includes suggestions and recommendations to address identified weaknesses that will lead to further business development.

The content of the work is the analysis and evaluation of the current state of the information system in the company VVS Verměřovice Ltd. This company proposes and implements solutions of effective animal nutrition and breeding. I will search whether this information system is necessary to change. It will also contain my suggestions and recommendation, which information system I choose to satisfy the requirements of company.
