This Diploma Work focuses on re-calculation of payments of leasing contracts concluded by D.S.Leasing, a.s. The data gained as an output of a thorough analysis are processed in MS Excel, creating a new re-calculation tool able to bring practical solution to individual modification of payments of a leasing contract.

First of all the fundamentals of a leasing, a long credit and the present state of the Czech leasing market are reviewed. The aim of this thesis is to examine relations from the field of financial mathematics concerning consumer and cash loans. Further objects of interest are various types of loan repaying, interest calculation and generating the installment schedule. The result of this mathemetical principles analysis is a complex simulator of installment schedule which was created for testing and configuration purposes in HCI company (Home Credit International).

The aim of this work was to compare different offers and for a few cases to compute the value of the APR for several types of loans. I made calculations for the loan from building savings, bridging loan, secured loan and two types of mortgages. At the end of my work, the results are processed, assessed and according to the value of the APR is determined the order of the individual types of loans. The aim is to ensure better awareness, greater insight of the financial market and at the same time to help with deciding in what situation what kind of loan to apply.
The Amendment to the Insolvency Act (Focused on Personal Bankruptcy)

This diploma thesis deals with the current amendment of the Insolvency Act. It was written by the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic. There is introduce the current amendment focuses on personal bankuptcy. The thesis introduces the legislative process of this amendment. For the identification of the actors was used the theory of advocacy coalitions. It shows their conflict of opinions. Two very different coalitions were defined in this problem amendment of Insolvency Act. Based on expert interviews were identified weaknesses of personal bankruptcy and devided into several groups. The study works with the concept of social stratification. It is used to ilustrate quantitative analysis. It contains the research sample of 91 and it completed insolvency proceedings (personal bankruptcy with repayment schedule). The sample were chosen from the relevant courts in Prague, Liberec region and Ústí nad Labem region. The results have been compared in the context of each area and as a whole sample.

This diploma thesis "Insolvency proceedings in legal theory and practice" is focused primarily on insolvency proceedings, in particular the principles and conditions of insolvency proceedings as a whole, the theoretical and practical concepts. Part of the work is focused so-called remediation of non-liquidation means of resolving insolvency and debt relief. This work is based on formal sources listed in the bibliography, legislation, professional journal articles and Internet resources. Work is also conceived partly from a practical point of view, when there is elaborated the specific case of insolvency proceedings, pointed out the difficulties of the procedure and the possible concept designed to streamline management, consisting of the decision of judicial practice.

Debt forgiveness of natural persons

This thesis deals with issues of debt forgiveness of natural persons on theoretical and practical basis. First part of thesis describes clarification of procedure of insolvency and explains key concepts. Practical part of the thesis is dedicated to analysis of debtors who went successfully through the procces of debt forgiveness since the beggining (insolvency suggestion) till the end (resolution of satisfaction of debt forgiveness). The goal of thesis is to clarify debt forgiveness in the context of whole process of insolvency procedure on the theoretical basis and to make detailed structured analysis of debtors who fulfiled all conditions of debt forgiveness by law.
