Andrle, Štěpán ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Vampola, Jindřich (referee)
Title: Assessment of general motor coordination, sprint speed and dribbling with the ball in young football players. Purpose: Find out the relationship between measured parameters from the motor coordination tests (area of general motor ability), the timed slalom ball control test (area of football skills) and the sprint test with a change of direction (area of conditioning abilities) for the young football players (U6 - U11). Find out the possible differences between the age categories of pre-preparation (U6-U7), younger preparation (U8-U9) and older preparation (U10-U11). Find out possible differences between players with different levels of motor coordination in the slalom test with a ball and in the speed test with a change of direction. Methods: We used the method of observation and measurement for data collection. We used a form of field testing for the observations. The research group consisted of 90 football players in the preparation categories (U6, U7, U8, U9, U10 a U11) in the football club SK Slavia Prague. The Körperkoordinationtest für Kinder (KTK) test battery was used to determine the level of motor coordination. This test battery contains 4 tests from which the motor quotient can be calculated. Agility test was used to determine the fitness ability of the players movement speed...
The degree of relationship between the level of motor coordination and the game skills of football players 13 - 15 years.
Hrabina, David ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Vampola, Jindřich (referee)
Title: The degree of relationship between the level of motor coordination and the game skills of football players 13 - 15 years. Purpose: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out the strength of mutual relations between general motor coordination and football skills in older pupils (13-15 years) in football. Methods: For this bachelor thesis we used the observation method for data collection. We used a form of field testing for the observations. We tested indicators of basic motor coordination and technical skills in older football players. The research group consisted of 41 players from two age categories U14 and U15 of the FK Motorlet Praha team. The Körperkoordinationtest für Kinder (KTK test) test battery was chosen for the level of basic motor coordination testing, which contains 4 tests: backward balancing, one-legged jumping, repeated side jumps and moving to the side on wooden boards. For specific football skills, the tests were selected Loughborough soccer pass test (LSPT) and ball guidance. Results: It was found that the highest rating ("highly above average") in the motor quotient indicator was achieved by 76% of players in the KTK test and at least "above average rating" was achieved by 98% of U14 and U15 players together. A statistically significant (p <0.01) strength of r = -0.47...
The relationship between regularly gymnastic exercise and physical performance level and skill tests in football players
Krejčířová, Kateřina ; Šteffl, Michal (advisor) ; Vampola, Jindřich (referee)
Title: The relationship between regularly gymnastic exercise and physical performance level and skill tests in football players Purposes: The main aim of the thesis was to determine whether the regular gymnastic exercise including functional training may affect a performance in selected fitness and coordination tests as well as in specific football skills tests among young football players played in U12 and U13 categories in the context of biological maturity estimated according to their parent's height Methods: The thesis was carried out as a cross-sectional study in which two different groups of footballers were compared. Selected fitness, coordination, and specific football skills tests were measured using field methods. Non-parametric statistical methods were used to assess differences between groups Results: Soccer players who regularly undergo gymnastics exercises performed statistically significant better performance (p < 0.05) in all the tests except agility and ball guidance tests in category U13 and back - balancing and sideways tests in category U12. The relationship between biological maturity according to the parents' heights and the selected tests was not confirmed Conclusion: The study showed that the regular gymnastic exercise included in the training could be positively connected...
Assessment of basic motor coordination, agility and running with the ball in young soccer players.
Reichenauer, Jan ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Vampola, Jindřich (referee)
Title: Evaluation of basic motor coordination, agility and leading the ball through slalom in young football players. Author: Jan Reichenauer Supervisor: Mgr. Jakub Kokštejn, Ph.D. Objectives: Find out the current level and relationship between basic motor coordination, agility and slalom ball management for young football players. At the same time, the aim is to compare the mentioned indicators between two football teams of the same age. Methods: As part of data collection, we used several tests to evaluate the components of game performance. The agility test was used to determine the fitness abilities of the players. The Körperkoordinationtest für Kinder (KTK) test battery was used to determine the level of motor coordination. This test contains 4 tests from which the total motor quotient can be calculated. Specific football skills were tested using two tests. The first was based on an agility test, only the lead factor was added. So it was a slalom with the ball. The second test was a test of the accuracy of passes in progress from ProFútbolAnalytics Results: The research results showed that the level of motor coordination of probands is significantly lower than we assumed in hypothesis No. 1. Furthermore, the research showed that there were no significant differences between the individual...
Evaluation of selected features of U11 players game performance
Khun, Lukáš ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Šťastný, Petr (referee)
Title: Evaluation of selected features of U11 players game performance Objective: The main aim of this thesis was to determine the impact of technical skills and fitness level on game performance of young football players. I also aim to discover possible differences between the First Team and Future team of SK Slavia Praha (year 2009). Methods: A quantitative research with empirical elements was employed in the practival part of the thesis. The sample consisted of the SK Slavia Praha U11 (10,85±0,24) players (n=29). The level of specific football skills was evaluated with slalom tests and Loughborough Soccer Passing test. The fitness level was measured with linear runs (10 and 20 meters), standing long jump, agility and yo-yo intermittent test. Subjective player rating of their performance was measured using a scale questionnaire for coaches. Results: Performance groups "above-average" and "average" showed a great difference in technical skills in comparison to the performance group "below-average". This was not confirmed in terms of fitness. The results in 10m sprint test, 20m sprint test and agility test were comparable. There was no confirmed difference on the team level in technical skills or fitness between the First Team and the Future team. Conclusion: The questionnaire for coaches...

Vrabec, Ondřej ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Musálek, Martin (referee)
Title: Assessment of the level of condition, basic motor coordination, and football skills between two age categories of young football players. Objectives: Find out possible differences in the level of condition, basic motor coordination, and specific football skills between two age categories of young players (U14 and U15). At the same time, the aim is to determine the effect of different rates of biological growth on fitness performance, basic motor coordination, and football skills. The last goal is to find out the level of association between the indicator of the condition, basic motor coordination and football skills. Methods: The main scientific method of theoretical - empiric character was observation and testing. Research field consisted of the players of category U14 (n=24; Age = 13,79±0,49; Height = 166,1±8,42; Weight = 46,7±8,65) and U15 (n=25; Age = 14,8±0,33; Height = 173,17±7,39; Weight = 61,82±8,52) from the football club FK Motorlet Praha. The level of fitness was measured in tests of a sprint at 10 and 30 meters, 505 agility test, Illinois agility test, long jump, Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test Level 1. The level of basic motor coordination was determined with the Körperkoordinationtest für Kinder test battery (KTK test) containing 4 subtests: balancing backwards, jumping...
