This bachelor thesis „Project of software for comparing advantageousness of leasing with loan“ solves the situation, that came with the effect of changes in law of income tax. It compares which form of purchase of passenger vehicles for entrepreneurial purpose is more advantageous – if leasing, or loan. Theoretical part focuses on definiton of all basic terms. Practical part is divided into specific comparison leasing with loan, and conceptual part, which deals with solving current situation by creating software for choosing the optimal form of funding.

This thesis is focused on the calculation of production costs with the introduction of licensed production of submersible sludge pumps in company Tomasek Milan - TOMEX. The aim of this work is the introduction of licensed production and determine the manufacturing cost. In the theoretical section describes the methods for determining a production layout, calculation methods and methods of return on investment. The practical part deals with the determination of a suitable arrangement of production, production calculations and evaluation of overall investment.

The Comparison of Financial Leasing and Credit Loan when Acquiring a Machine

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the problem of acquiring a new machine by using either financial leasing or credit loan. This case study was tried to find a solution in company THT, s.r.o. Polička. In the bachelor thesis there are parts of financial analysis of the company, comparison of particular offers of leasing companies and banks. The most profitable alternative of financing the acquisition of the new machine was proposed based on the interpretation of the company’s financial situation and particular leasing contracts and credit loans.

Master’s thesis deals with the evaluation of investments efficiency in company. The first part of thesis summarizes theoretical piece of knowledge from area of evaluation of investments efficiency, describes the order evaluation of projects and methods used by evaluation. In next chapters thesis deals with the planned investment project in the concrete company, his characteristic and subsequently evaluate his efficiency. Outcome of thesis is formulation of proposal advices.

This thesis is focused on estimation of investment project in limited company called GSR s.r.o. The investment goes to the company area, which includes an administration building with its offices and store. The area location should be in Uherské Hradiště or its near surroundings. GSR s.r.o. is going to buy a piece of land according to above mentioned requirements and builds the administration building itself. The main aim of this thesis is to compare two possibilities – to sale this finished company area or to lease the finished company area for 20 years and to sale after 20 years.
