This bachelor thesis is describing business plan process to develop a company that concerns whole sale and retail sale of footwear. This work focuses on a particular goal of the project which is a change to a different type of leading a business (such as law rules, tax evidence, accounting and taxation), in this particular case from a sole trader, who is producing tax evidence, to a law body trader - public limited company, which is producing main accounting. The first part of the project brings us into the theoretical introduction of the issue. The second part explains the business plan, analyzes the present situation of the company and indicates the difference in books. The implementation of the business plan is described in the third part and it also propose a way of leading the business.

This paper consists of theoretical and practical part. The first one is trying to clarify the basic terms of having a business and also reviews the terms of business plan in general. Regarding the plan, the paper is discussing various methods of strategic analysis, then describing basic marketing ideas and activities, and finally explaining terms of personal resources and work organization. This paper is also introducing the main facts about financial planning and resources including financial analysis with all possible methods and guidelines. Last but not least, the theory is dealing with risk management. The practical part shows particular business plan of an existing business unit - the group of sole traders Bušim. The plan is analyzing the past and current situation of businessmen group. The plan then gives some relevant recommendations for the future business development of the company on the basis of detected data.

Dance business - accounting, tax, legal and economic connections

The thesis summarizes the most important conditions and duties of the beginning and process of dance business of sole trader from tax, accounting and business law view. Theoretic part mainly deals with the choice of legal form of business, tax accounting as an example of evidence of business process of sole trader and calculation of tax liability of sole trader. Practical part describes business process of dance school and applies to this real example some of the information of theoretic part. The whole thesis is primarily focused on dance department, however a great part of the topic is typical of sole traders who run a business of small enterprise or microenterprise in many departments.
