Evaluation of the economic efficiency and risks of the investment project

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the economic efficiency of a public investment project, specifically the renovation of the public park Božetěchův sad in Brno. The theoretical part of the thesis defines key concepts, describes the phases of the project lifecycle, contains feasibility study and considers methods for evaluating public projects, including cost-benefit analysis. The practical part focuses on specific aspects of park renovation, including context description, goal definition, project identification, financial and economic analysis, identification and quantification of socio–economic impacts, sensitivity analysis.
