Josef Krejsa - Work and Life

Josef Krejsa and his art work has not been processed in a specialized study or student work. He was born in south bohemian Husinec represent center of national pride which forming a prototype of resistence against oppression. My work deals firstly with written sources, which are exhibition catalogs from 30s and 70s of 20th century. Following chapter presents artist's life story. Third part is description of artwork that was in 1975 classified on the "left side of the barricades". At the end is presented a representative sample that closes area chosen for my work: 1)Critique of written sources. 2)Biography. 3)Art work. 4)Representative sample. Aim of work is to present the personality and work of Josef Krejsa in prespektive almost hundred years.
