This thesis deals with social conditions for agribusiness and its development in the microregion Kahan, including its demographic and social structure. The object of the study is the analysis of social aspects that affect agribusiness in the microregion Kahan. The thesis is divided into two primary parts, the theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part focuses on explanation of the basic terms regarding the topic followed by the characteristics of each village located in the analyzed microregion. Another part of the thesis is the description of agriculture in the microregion Kahan and the area of cadastral territory of relevant municipalities. The conclusion consists and sums up all findings with recommendations and suggestions for further development of the microregion Kahan. The microregion Kahan has relatively good potential for the agribusiness growth.

The Bachelor thesis deals with the conditions which characterise the micro-region of Modré hory. Especially the issue of agribussines and conditions for its social development. The content of the thesis introduces the main terms related with the issue, the characteristics of the micro-region analysis associated with the development of the population (including the long term stability), the demographic structure of the population, education, employment and business opportunities. I also delineate agriculture in the micro-region, focusing on the cadastral area and ways of its cultivation. The thesis deals with tourist localities in the micro-region; including agrotourism and bicycle-tourism as well. I also focus on organisations that support tourism development by organising events focused on wine tourism. In conclusion the results are evaluated and options are suggested for future development.

This Bachelor thesis describes the microregion of Bučovice. It primarily evaluates the social conditions for the development of agribusiness in this area. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part defines the terms related to the issue. The second part deals with municipalities within the microregion of Bučovice and briefly describes them. The thesis mentions the demographic and social structure of municipalities and long-term population development. The current agriculture in microregion is also described. Furthermore, natural conditions related to the area, structure of the cadastral area according to their management, employment information and job opportunities for local residents are also mentioned. All findings are summarized in the conclusion. Described area has potential to develop, favourable natural and climatic conditions of the territory contributes to the development.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of agribusiness, especially focusing on social conditions for its development in Ždánsko area. The main content of the thesis is the analysis, assessing conditions for the development of agribusiness and finally proposing possible future business directions in this field. Basic terms' definitions of this issue are defined in the prologue of the thesis. Secondly, the characteristics of particular communities from micro-region Ždánicko, their demographic and social structure, including long-term stability of the population, are introduced. Thirdly, site of the cadastral area communities from micro-region, method of farming on the particular land, their percentage statement and agriculture are described. Finally, the thesis mentions the family farms that are doing business in this micro-region. In conclusion, the ascertained findings are evaluated and furthermore a future vision and the suitable beneficial orientation of farming in this sector are defined. This area has a high potential for the development of agribusiness. The number of family farms could be higher and combine work with agritourism business.

The topic of the bachelor work is: decision making process concerning the question to undergo or not abortion in a free pluralist society. The main part of the work characterizes and summarizes choice of information about the decision making process from a point of view of psychology, sociology and ethic. It continues on a theoretical level mapping social-ethic aspects that can - and also needn´t - influence the independent choice of an individual. Society approach to these problems differs based on particular values the society recognizes, amount and content of philosophical, ethical and religious theories that the free pluralist society accepts and respects.

Psychological factors influencing creation of working enviroment

Mater's thesis (hereinafter MT) is focused on working enviroment analysis in Adventura ltd. The main stress is put on practical aspects derivited from the teoretical background. MT is divided into 4 parts. In the beginning hypothesis is settled. The second part focus on theory for formulation of the teoretical starting point. The third pard consist of detailed analyses of the company enviroment. Recommendations for managament of the company are included in the final part.
