The thesis deals with designing of project documents within family house in Bilovec city which are meant for future realization.Building consist of basement and two above ground floors situated on a sloping terrain. Basement is accessible by the driveway and consists of technical background, gym and garage for two automobiles. First above-ground floor is made as common part with access on walkable flat roof that serves as a terrace and is flowing neatly into terrain. Resting part is situated in second above-ground floor covered with a mono-pitched roof sloping 6°.Building is made out of construction system Porotherm except peripheral walls of the basement which are made of prefabricated concrete shuttering blocks. Part of the house is decorated with stone facing.

The subject of this thesis is a structural solution of a two-storey single-family detached house located on parcel no. 149 in the cadaster area of Hodkovičky. The house is situated in a moderately sloped terrain in a residential area where most of the surrounding objects are also detached houses and it is primarily designed as a timber structure. Other construction materials such as concrete or sand-lime masonry are also used within the project at those parts of the building where we can benefit from their different structural and physical properties. The project documentation was completely developed using Building Information Modeling method (BIM).
Sport Centre Za Lužánkami Brno

A specialized project of „Sports center behind Lužánky Brno“ preceded the diploma thesis. The aim of the project was to develop a comprehensive urban architectural plan with an emphasis on the urban context, transport services, functionality, etc. The diploma thesis develops a previous project and elaborates the compound of the sport center in a form of a study. As a result, there is a building that combines a recreational and social function due to sports halls, restaurants, clubs and residential atrium. The object is divided in three parts, the middle one is used for a main communicative area that connects the other parts of the building.
Rodinný dům se zubní ordinací

Hlavným cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je príprava projektovej dokumentácie pre nový rodinný dom s takmer nulovou spotrebou energie. Dom je navrhnutý pre štvorčlennú rodinu so zubnou ambulanciou pre jedného z členov rodiny. Objekt je postavený ako dva funkčne oddelené celky, ktoré zdieľajú spoločnú stenu, cez ktorú sa dá prechádzať. Toto riešenie dáva rodine súkromie, s jednoduchým prístupom do kliniky. Dom je situovaný v celkom modernej obci Kanianka, v Trenčianskom kraji na Slovenku. Leží na svahovitom teréne a je orientovaný na juh. Jedná sa o samostatne stojaci, čiastočne podpivničený dom s garážou pre dve autá, s dvoma nadzemnými poschodiami so zelenou strechou. Strechy sú zateplené ISOVER EPS polystyrénom. Zvislá nosná konštrukcia domu je murovaná z keramických tehál Porotherm vyplnených hydrofobizovanou minerálnou vlnou, preto nie je potrebná dodatočná tepelná izolácia. Vodorovná nosná konštrukcia je vyrobená zo železobetónu C20/25. Budova je postavená na betónových základových pásoch. Projektová dokumentácia potrebná na realizáciu projektu bola vytvorená v počítačovom programe AutoCAD. V projektovej dokumentácii je zahrnuté aj posúdenie požiarnej bezpečnosti, výpočty základov a zaťažení, tepelno-technické posúdenie a posúdenie na akustiku a denné osvetlenie.
