Current trends in the development of automatic tool change at milling machines
Krejčí, Pavel ; Matějka, Petr (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to do the research expertise mapping and sorting currently used equipment for the automatic tool change at milling machines, description and evaluation of this equipment.
The automatic tool change system
Chromčík, Adam ; Hermanský, Dominik (referee) ; Blecha, Radim (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with automatic tool change, tool holders and clamping in the spindle of a machine tool. It describes the systems used automatic tool change and their basic division. It also research tool holders and in relation to this, the possibilities of the clamping tool holders in the machine.
High capacity tool magazine
Kříž, Tomáš ; Omes, Jiří (referee) ; Dokoupil, Vladimír (advisor)
This diploma thesis includes topic of large capacity storage magazines. First part is focused on description of automatic cutting tool change and divison of magazines for cutting tools. Second part of the thesis compares proposal solution and selection of the most appropriate one. Next part is focused on designing the most appropriate soliton to its details. Technical calculations were performed to verify the chosen solution.
Automatic tool change systems in construction of machining centers
Labounek, Dalibor ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
Automation tool change is a major factor that affects the overall level of factory automation machinery. Due to its large number of tools for machining, the system of automatic tool change (hereinafter referred to as "AVN") address one of the first questions. The help of the AVN minimize secondary production times and operator intervention while increasing productivity. With that is also linked to higher safety and minimizing human error. AVN systems expand opportunities working in the engineering industry, which is positively reflected in the price. The theme of the present thesis deals with the analysis of the problems of automatic tool change in the structure of machining centers.
Description of automatic tool change systems in machining centers
Glogar, Matěj ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
Automation of tools changing belongs to key issues how to increase universality, flexibility and total level of automation of processing production machines. We don’t usually manage with one active term (tool) in the cause of the mechanical machining only but we derive benefits from many different tools in the appropriate operation circle. Therefore the first matter of raising productivity of machine-tools was a necessity to change automatic tools. The main contribution of automatic tools changing that are used by numerical control machines is a possibility of automatic control of whole machining on the one specific machine. An automatic tool changing contributes to reduction of operation time and to reduction of the amount of operation’s intervention during the industrial process. This is related to elimination products inaccuracy, that is caused by human factor (e.g. bad tool’s position) and increase of safety at work. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to make a literature research and to characterize automatic tools changings, which are used by machine-tools with a horizontal spindle.
The automatic tool change system
Kučerová, Veronika ; Tůma, Zdeněk (referee) ; Blecha, Radim (advisor)
Automatic tool change is one of the key ways to reduce unproductive machine times and increase machine productivity. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of automatic tool change. A research is made of the current state of the topic and the subsequent division into individual categories.
