Detached house with pet shop

The subject of this bachelor theses is a design of detached house with pet shop attached to it. It is situated in Klobušice, which is a suburban part of the city of Ilava. The site includes parking space for three cars for shop customers and one for occupants. The house is two storey building without basement. It is divided into two functional areas, the pet shop area and the living area. The living area is designed for four people. Living area roofing is designed as a shed roof with 8° slope and the pet shop area is covered by vegetative roof with 3° slope. For load-bearing walls the Silka sand-lime blocks are used insulated with thermal insulation of mineral wool mounted on the exterior side of the wall. The house is built on foundation slab, which is laid on a layer of foamed glass brash. The house is designed as passive house including ventilation with heat recovery. The theses contain project documentation for the construction and an essay - Structural parts and building evaluation in terms of thermal engineering and acoustics requirements.
Adaptation of a vicarage building

The diploma thesis deals with the preparation of the proposal of the parish building remodelling in the village Provodov. The building itself will consist of the multipurpose hall, accommodation, and public bathroom. The objective was the preparation of the project documentation for the implementation of the construction. The existing building is of rectangle ground plan with the hip roof and in the scope of the remodelling there is proposed an expansion of the building with two extensions. One extension is in the north-east part of the building, more specifically in the whole width of the original side of the building. The extension will be dilated in all the constructions of the existing building. The above-mentioned building is single-storey, and it consists of reinforced concrete skeleton supporting system. The second extension appears in the south-east and north-west sides of the building. This extension expands the space of the attic which will form the second floor of the building. The brick supporting system has been used and it consists of the ceramic construction blocks Therm. Both extensions are roofed with the shed roof of the low slope with the steel plates roofing. The whole building is insulated with the compact multilayer insulation solution ETICS. The double-skinned facade with the surface wooden board facing has been applied in the extension areas.
Two-generation family house with retail space

This bechelor thesis describes the design of the two generation detached house, which inclued 2 flats and and adjunction administrative part. Building has two floors and it´s partly with a cellar. The part of first floor is solved for older generation and second flat inclueding part of first and all second floor is designed for younger people. Structure is solved as T cross-section with two shed roofs and one flat roof.

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is design documentation of a detached house with horse stables. Both buildings are situated in Moravský Krumlov. The detached house is designed as a wooden house with a partial basement and two ground floors. Enterance to the house is oriented to the north. Behind the house is standing horse stable with one ground floor and pen. The structural system of the building is based on the Porotherm system.
Petrovice Community Center

The subject of diploma project is the design of complex of buildings using hemp lime composite, in English known as Hempcerete. Four detached houses are completed by building of facilities. Buildings have one to three floors. The composite fiercly reduces carbon footprint in building industry. The design is focused on different construction systems using hemp lime composite as a wall filling. Detached houses are made of load bearing timber frame with cast-in-situ hempcrete, building of facilities is made of reinforced concrete with precasted blocks. All buildings are cellarless. Detached houses are shed roofed, building of facilities is gable roofed.
Civil building

Basic of this Diploma thesis is Civil construction in Kostelec nad Orlici, which is in a part of city, where is planning off-grid community housing. Part of off-grid community housing is considered a partially sistainable civil construction, serving both for cultural use through the club, for commercial purposes such as various salons (hairdresser, massage or shop), as well as for sports activities with the possibility of small refreshments, such as bouldering, climbing wall and exercise hall. Four sustainable (off-grid) familly houses, which aren´t the subject of this thesis, are considered. Object SO01 – Civil construction is designed as a partially basement, two floors. The shape of the object is designed as several blocks with different height levels. From a material point of view it is a wooden building from the system of large-format laminated wood panels (CLT). The basement is designed with a waterproof reinforced concrete so-called white tub and prefabricated ceiling panels SPIROLL. A facade is made of wooden cladding, cement-fiber boards or thin-layer silicone plaster. A roof of the object is partially flat (vegetation and walkable) and a shed roof with a slope of 5°. A dance hall and the rest of the club + exit is located in the basement. A sanitary facilities, a technical room and a main entry with reception is also located in the basement. Right in the middle of the building is a climbing wall that runs across all floors. To the right of the climbing wall is a shop, exercise hall and staircase. To the left side are a sanitary facilities, a boulder (low climbing wall) and separate staircase for a office space on the 2nd floor. Behind the climbing wall is a bistro with entry for a terrace and entry for the club. There are some establishments like a hairdresser, a cosmetic salon, a tattoo salon and a massage salon on the 2nd floor. There are an entrance to a terrace above the bistro and a staircase to an attic and to second terrace as well on the 2nd floo
Detached house, Šternberk

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a new building detached house on a slope in the town of Šternberk. The building consists of one underground and one above-ground floor. The individual floors are divided in height. The vertical supporting structures are made of ceramic masonry, the vertical supporting structure above the top wall rim is made of lost formwork and forms a stiffening wall. The roof is designed countertop. The project documentation has been prepared according to valid legal and technical regulations.
Family house with an establishment

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to deal with a proposal of family house with a moto-service establishment. The project is located on the land in the village Radslavice near the city Vyskov. It is two-storey partly basement house, which is connected with the motor-service establishment on the north side. Both objects form one building unit. Detached house is designed for permanent living of 4-5 family members, where the first floor is designed as a communicative zone and the second floor as a resting zone. There are a technical room and a garage on the underground floor. Peripheral walls are planned to be made from burnt bricks for accurate brickwork Porotherm of 500 mm thickness with a laine mineral isolation. The ceiling construction is from semi-mounted constructions Porotherm or monolithic reinforced concrete constructions. The project documentation is done according to the Decree number 499/2006, as an implementing documentation including fire safety solution, thermal technical assessment and building physics.

The subject of the following bachelor thesis is the design of a family house in Soběšice, which also includes a flower shop. The building has two floors and is divided into three basic units. The flower shop is located on the ground floor with direct access from the road. The social zone of the residential part of the building covers the remaining part of the ground floor, behind the flower shop, with direct access to the terrace. On the second floor all the individual rooms of residents are situated, with a shared bathroom and with a access to two vegetation roofs covering the whole building floor. From a structural point of view, the house is designed as a masonry building made of aerated concrete blocks insulated with expanded polystyrene 150 mm thick, with reinforced concrete ceilings and a shed roof above the second floor. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of project documentation for construction realization.
Multifunctional building object

The subject of this thesis is five-storey concrete basement multifunctional object. The building plot is located in Brno. The Multifunctional object is designed with the view of the location. The Object will be used for trade and services and for living of a families. The plan view of the Object is letter L. The main entrance and the driveway to the Object is at 1 st ground floor level. The vertical supporting structures are formed by concrete pillars and walls that are insulated on the above floors. The ceiling structure is made of concrete monolithic panels. The multifunctional object covers a flat single-skin roof. The project was prepared by a computer program called Autocad.
