The thesis is devoted to the issue of addiction services with a focus on substitution treatment. Theoretical part focuses on presenting of susbstitution treatment, its history and description of the substitution substances and their effects on the human body. Describes the abuse of substitution treatment by problem drug users and tries to map out the various addiction treatment services with a focus on substitution treatment in Prague. The research section defines the attitude of society towards the establishment and functioning of Prague substitution centers. The bachelor thesis on the Possibilities of Social Rehabilitation of the Salvation Army Clients at the Center of Social Services Lidická deals with people without home, people in crisis. The theoretical part focuses on description and problematic areas related to people without shelter. For the practical part of the thesis the data of the users of the social rehabilitation service were selected and studied. This part of the thesis deals specifically with the analysis of the Salvation Army users. People who used the Social Rehabilitation Service CSSL in 2014-2016 were selected for the analysis.

Arteterapie in a Senior House in Zahradní Město, Prague 10

The thesis is about art therapy with the elderly in the residential home for the elderly Zahradní Město, Praha 10. The main emphasis is on the psychical feeling of old age and whether there is a possibility to affect it using art therapy. The theoretical part shows a problem of the old age, care about the elderly and their activation in general and then focuses specifically on the residential facility DSZM and art therapy. Demonstrations of artistic expression seniors are included. The practical section outlines the objectives of art therapy in DSZM, demonstrations of the techniques, methodologies, as well as presents the work of four clients who are part of the art therapy group. Whether there is a positive effect about their own feeling of old age due to art therapy is documented by their own testimony.
THE IMPORTANCE OF ACTIVITIES FOR SENIORS IN SENIORS' HOMES

Bachelor thesis entitled THE IMPORTANCE OF ACTIVITIES FOR SENIORS IN SENIORS' HOMES maps implemented activities for seniors in selected homes for seniors . Furthermore,it verifies whether these activities are offered also to immobile seniors. It focuses on the professional competence of staff involved in the management of monitored activities as well. Based on studies of available resources and practical experience of social workers, two hypotheses were set : H1: I think that addressed seniors' homes offer activation activities within the services provided to its mobile and immobile users H2: I assume that these activation activities are implemented by staff with appropriate skills (obtained from previous education or specialized training). This thesis also introduces changes accompanying the period of senium. It provides an outline of the changes in seniors' homes before 1989 and thereafter. The forms of possible older persons activation and their focus on content are shown , too. Research conducted on the basis of a questionnaire survey among workers involved in the activation of older people reflects on the experience of four homes of seniors in South and West Bohemia. The questionnaire contains a total twenty-two items. The obtained results allow the comparison of the seniors´ activities implemented in terms of mapped workplaces, whether in terms of their scope, focus or staffing in terms of professional competence of the personnel.
Inclusion of Mentally Ill People in Some Chosen Parts of Vysocina Region

The subject of this diploma paper is Inclusion of Mentally Ill People in Some Chosen Parts of Vysočina Region. It is focused not only on service providers, who deal with people suffering from some mental disorders, but also on service users, it means on people with illnesses from the domain of psychoses, above all schizophrenia and affective disorder (according to MKN-10, F20 {--} F29, F30 {--} F39). It is about people, whose social roles have been disrupted because of their illness and they are in danger of isolation and also social exclusion. The aim of this paper is to find out whether and in what way the inclusion is carried into effect in some chosen parts of Vysočina Region. In the theoretical part of this diploma paper the writer deals in a complex way with the problems of inclusion of disordered people from medical, social and juridical point of view. In the introduction the author qualifies the current situation of these problems. The first subchapter is focused on mental disorders, from the domain of psychoses, their description, their social importance, precaution and therapy. The second chapter covers inclusion and its importance. In the following part full rehabilitation and its partial parts are described. The fourth chapter deals with social work, which is focused on helping people with mental disorders and in the last chapter the author writes about problems of rights of mental ill people. The research part is based on qualitative analysis, which examines the above mentioned aim. To examine the results at the service providers it was used a method of semi-standard dialogue, which is done not only on the base of fixed questions but also on the possibility of expressing their own opinions. The case reports were worked out at the service providers. These case reports were based on the method of concerned supervision. According to the results it is obvious, that inclusion of users is carried into effect in given institutions, because 55% of respondents answered yes and 39% of respondents answered more likely yes. The result is above all the cooperation of partial parts of full rehabilitation, whose aim is to contribute mainly to inclusion. The conclusion of this paper is benefit of this knowledge, that during planning of service, intervention, analyses of needs, it is necessary to consider individuality of every client as much as possible and always emphasize individual approach. In this procedure it is also important trained staff. The author has experience of several years, which she can rely on, and she believes, that in the future community centers will be still founded and they will mostly replace big hospitals. This will be a next important step to re-socialization and to following inclusion of mental ill people.
