Anti-riot unit of the Regional Police Directorate of the Pilsen Region, the issue of interventions under the unitary command of Police of the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the Anti-riot unit of the Regional Police Directorate of the Pilsen Region which protects the security of people, property and public order. In the theoretical part there are firstly defined the basic terms concerning the Police of the Czech Republic and the anti-riot units. Further described, we can find the tactics of intervention, training, weaponry and equipment. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare a purposefulness and exploitability of the Anti-riot unit of the Regional Police Directorate of the Pilsen Region in terms of a deployment frequency and means for the observed period. The hypothesis of the bachelor thesis consists in the fact that the number of deployment of the Anti-riot unit of the Regional Police Directorate of the Pilsen Region and the number of interventions under the unitary command has an upward tendency from its inception to the present. The quantitative data showing a workload of the Anti-riot unit of the Regional Police Directorate of the Pilsen Region are compared in the empirical part. These interventions are divided according to the kind and the data are always for the period 2005-2015. These data were gathered by the analysis of the deployment and training assessment which is annually drawn up by the chief of the Anti-riot unit of the Regional Police Directorate of the Pilsen (Westbohemian) Region. In the discourse of this bachelor thesis there are all the previous data evaluated. Some kind of an anti-riot unit deployment are presented with the specific case of security measures. They are the ones I have taken part in, and I can draw on my own experience. Based on the analysis, it is possible to state that the number of anti-riot unit deployment has an upward tendency. The anti-riot establishment has been useful and its activity in the field of security of life, health, property and public order helps with an incident-free functioning of our society.
Acquisition of email communication security service according to ISMS

The diploma thesis focuses on a proposal of acquisition of email communication security service according to ISMS for a company which provides trading services on financial markets. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the theoretical part, necessary terms and theoretical essentials are explained in order to ensure understanding of the following parts of the thesis. The following analytical part describes the company's current security status of information. As a solution in the final part of the thesis, partial risk analyses are conducted. Based on these, suitable options for email communication security measures are proposed as well as their the economical evaluation.
Far-right as the problem of Czech police since 1989

Thesis closely deals with two heavily discussed aspects of contemporary society, that are very strongly inter-connected. The first aspect of society is the problem of right-wing radicalism and extremism in Czech republic, which manifests itself by xenophobic and hateful behavior, which then disrupts public order and therefore is related to Police of Czech republic, whose job is to prevent the ruptures in order. Thesis deals with development of extremism and Police of Czech republic since 1989 and how the police reacts to this development by adequately improving its equipment, tactics, etc. The year 1989 has been set because it is the year when political regime changed and new rules in society were established. Organizational structure of the police itself is discussed in detail, considering their interventions at events organized by right-wing radicals and extremists, which nowadays most often take form of demonstrations and meetings. Implementation of Encryption to Enterprise’s Network Attached Storage

This bachelor thesis is focused on designing security measures, particularly on designing cryptography on enterprise´s network attached storage. The theoretic part describes basic concepts and information concerning cryptography, data and network attached storages. The analytic part analyses the enterprise´s current state focusing on saving data in a specific enterprise. The practical part is focused on selection of an appropriate software cryptographic tool, organizational instructions and other requisites connected with implementation of security measures in an enterprise.

This bachelor thesis is focused on creating construction-technology study of main construction works of family house located in No. 82, Tickovická street, Ořechov u Brna. There is included detailed description of making phase of the ceiling construction from prefabricated panels Spiroll and creating reinforced concrete structure of walkable terrace locally supported by prefabricated reinforced concrete columns. Generally, the thesis deals with creating of technical review of the object, technological study, realization of major technological phases for the object, time and financial plan of rough construction of the building, the basic concept of the building operations, acreage report of the objects, security measures of selected technological phase and machine-set for making prefabricated ceiling structure and monolithic structure of inlied terrace.

The master’s thesis is aimed at the proposal of network infrastructure and introduction of the managerial system for the safety of information in the industrial environment. At the beginning the work is focused on theoretical knowledge concerning the safety of information wherein it describes basic concepts and common procedures of the managerial system of the safety of information. Further, the work deals with risk analysis in which the measures for reduction in hazard are suggested. The proposal for a new network infrastructure is finally carried out. The work draws the information from CSN standards ISO/IEC, series 27000.

Application of the act and subsequent regulation on cyber security at state administration´s offices

The thesis is focused on the Czech act no. 181/2014 Sb., on cyber security and subsequent regulations, introduces origin and importance of act, defines the state administration´s office which identifies important information systems according to regulations, and subsequently thesis detailed analyses act and regulation on cyber security in relation to the defined state administration´s office. Keynote of this thesis is show the real application of identified obligations of the act and regulation to the defined state administration´s office, especially a design, implementation and management of organizational and technical security measures, including the evaluation of real impact on information security. To achieve the set goals author of this thesis uses the analysis of legislation, and draws own conclusions from author´s position of a security technologist who actively participated in the design security policy, and implementation and management of security tools. The benefit of this thesis is complex overview of the security employees work at defined state administration´s office, overview of the real fulfilment obligations of the act and regulation of cybernetic security, and ultimately this thesis brings ideas for further development of technical security tools. This thesis can brings benefit to other important information systems administrators as a set of processes, proposals and recommendation for their own information security management system. This thesis is structurally divided into four main parts. The first theoretical part introduces origin, importance and impact of the act on state and private organizations. The second analytical part analyses act and subsequent regulations in relation to the defined state administration´s office. The third practical part shows the real application of organizational and technical security measures. The fourth last part evaluates the real impact of measures on information security.
