Their work is very challenging, because social work or education is not often main field of volounteers, so they are laymen in this area. My aim is to determine the benefits of this method to volunteer as a method of self- knowledge and as a support in their work with children on the other side. I'll be based my on the methodology of organization mentoringových programs Hestia, os, where I work as a volunteer for a long time and with this topic I have practical experience. In the empirical section, I will survey the benefits of supervision in terms of supervizor and supervizants based on their experience.
