Education and Development of Beginning Employees at the Czech School Inspectorate

TITLE: Education and Development of Beginning Employees at the Czech School Inspectorate AUTHOR: Marcela Koháková Lokvencová DEPARTMENT: School Management Centre SUPERVISOR: Mgr. Irena Lhotková, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: The aim of my bachelor thesis is to map the education and development of new employees within the Czech school inspectorate - school inspectors and control officials. The theoretical part contains a summary of professional education and the development of employees. The following part is dedicated to the introduction of characteristics and the organizational structure of the Czech school inspectorate. At the same time, the form of introductory education needed by starters is described as follows. The practical part contains an analysis of survey findings gathered through both questionnaires completed by school inspectors and auditors who entered the inspectorate between the years 2008 and 2010 and interviews with the heads of the regional inspectorates. The conclusion identifies shortcomings in the introductory education conception of new employees within the organization. It also offers possible suggestions for solutions for structure improvement of in the initial stages of induction training. The aim of this work was based on the situational analysis and questionnaire investigation to find mechanisms that involve incentives for development in the field of tourism, the economy and human resources. The main outcome of this work is the vision, program objectives, measures and specific development activities, to contribute to sustainable development in the communities.
Studie možností rozvoje vybraných obcí mikroregionu Slezská Harta

The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out landscape vision of the population -- citizens and mayors of selected municipalities of microregion Slezská Harta. Four villages, which are in the process urban planning, were selected. The municipalities were analysed by socioeconomics analysis and SWOT analysis. Also questionnaires were made -- both for citizens and mayors of the villages. Finally the measures and program activities are proposed -- they will help with local development of the municipalities. Survey shows, that 2/3 respondents wish space for their peaceful life, 1/2 wish space for tourism and 1/3 wish space for environment protection. Urban plans disagree with landscape vision of citizens. Therefore are proposed changes of the problematic points and other specific measures which lead to the development of communities.
