Teacher competencies

This diploma thesis deals with adult teacher competencies. It describes current situation in adult education and it focuses on measuring quality level of teacher competencies. There is given the main overview of adult education specifics. These are the prerequisites for defining adult teacher competencies. There is given specific adult teacher competencies and related roles which are generally based on teacher's activities during educational courses. Next part describes present conception of teacher's competencies. These theories and presented model of roles are accepted as basis of establishment of classification of adult teacher competencies with emphasis on participant of educational process. Survey of adult teacher competencies was focused on three groups of respondents (participants, teachers, ordering party) and it determines the importance of competencies described in classification. Development of managerial leadership skills

This work summarizes the most important theoretical approaches of leadership, describes the main styles leadership styles and task of managers in the organization, influences on the effectiveness of leadership, and how to develop leadership skills. The practical part applies this knowledge in practice and provides the particular company guidance of management development on the basis of data collected by questionnaire survey.
Motivation of employees by the way of education in medium-sized company

The goal of this thesis was to analyze current motivation system in a selected company and a proposal for further training opportunities. The work is characterized by MOTOR JIKOV Fostron, a long-established system of education in the company and education in times of economic crisis. One of the marketing research ? questioning in the form of questionnaires and interview - was applied in the thesis. The analysis revealed the deficiencies of the motivation system, for which were proposed measures for their elimination. Based on these deficiencies and suggestions for improvements have been recommended further staff training opportunities - in the form of Training internal communications, Employee assessment, E-learning and Operational programme Human resources and employment.
