The Enforceability of Decisions and Compliance with Judgments of the Inter- American Court of Human Rights (Mgr. Martin Mezenský) Abstract The diploma thesis explores the enforcement mechanisms and compliance with decisions of the Inter- American Court of Human Rights. It defines both normative and institutional base of the tribunal and discusses the types of issued decisions. It analyses the compliance process and means of enforcement of such decisions. It is focused on the success of and obstacles in the implementation of ordered obligations by the liable states as well as the binding nature of judgements against states which have not been a party of dispute. It compares the position of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights with the European Court of Human Rights regarding these topics. Eventually, it evaluates the researched processes and offers recommendations how to reinforce the actual mechanisms. The aim of this thesis is to explain the legal term "limitations". This work is based on the new Law no. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, which has been effective since 2014.The thesis compares the limitation according the new Civil Code with the Law no. 40/1964 Coll., The Civil Code and the Law no. 513/1991 Coll., The Commercial Code. The work describes specific changes, advantages, and disadvantages between the new and old legal arrangement. In terms of this paper there was made an analysis de lege lata. For clearer and more comprehensive explanation of the legal institution of limitation, in the literature review is described rulings or judicial decisions, judgments or resolutions. The main part of this thesis consists of two parts. In the first part is described how one company solves limitation of claims. After interview with executive manager was suggested Intercompany directive which can be helpful for the company. In the second part of main part are also specific examples of solutions limitation according to the Civil Code and Commercial Code
Impact of judgements of the Court of Justice of European Union on four freedoms

This bachelor thesis is concerned with the impact of judgements made by the Court of Justice of European Union. It particularly deals with judgements which influenced four freedoms, which are free movement of goods, services, capital and labour forces. The thesis presents activity of this institution in context with historic development of economic integration within EU. It also mentions sphere of action and proceedings which influence four freedoms most. The main focus is laid on particular judgements and decisions which created four freedoms in the way we take part on them these days. A particular space is dedicated to the way of how the Court of Juctice of European Union works and to changes brought by Lisbon Treaty. The thesis also analyzes the impact on four freedoms that the Court might have in future.
