The Proposal to Improve Employee Benefits in Company

The Master’s thesis deals with the proposal to improve employee benefits in company. The theoretical part is dedicated to a summary of knowledge related to the human resources management and its evaluation and reward. A large part is focused on individual forms of employee benefits. The practical part contains an analysis of the current situation in the chosen company, on the basis of which are worked out the proposals of changes to the current system.
Employee Motivation and Possibilities of its Influencing

The thesis discusses the importance of motivation and possibilities of its increasing on knowledge-based motivational profile of employees. In the first, theoretical part, there are provided the basis of motivation, definitions and basic concepts. The second part analyzes the current state of the work, methods of motivation and motivational profiles of workers. The following section, based on findings from previous parts, presents the draft measures increasing work motivation.

This work is mainly focused on understanding the basic methods and approaches of motivation and employee training. The work is divided into several parts. A theoretical part precisely defined objectives processing of technical work, there are described various motivational and educational tools, their benefits, or conversely a negative impact on employee performance. Also at this work you can find views of experts, including citations of the literature. This is followed by a practical part which aims to verify the gained knowledge and insight into the practical aspects. And finally conclude that leverages existing enterprise system, motivation and training of staff and, if necessary, the proposal contains useful measures that could improve the system.
The use of punishments and rewards in raising children

The main subject of this work are forms of rewards and punishments, and their most common use in the upbringing of children by their parents. The theoretical part of this bachelor work is focused on quoting important expertise and definitions that relate to the issue. It deals with the links between upbringing and pedagogical concepts as well as educational styles in the family. Also are described different concepts of rewards and punishments. Practical part is based on a survey. Through the research questions was investigated, which rewards and punishments occure in the society, with what frequency, and how the children perceive these rewards and punishments. The results are presented in tables and graphs, confronted with literature and commented.
Management of System of Evaluation of a Working Capacity in a chosen Organization

This bachelor thesis deals with a problem of control and evaluation of performance and other systems which are closely connected with this problem. This thesis consists of three parts. The basic terms and knowledge from various fields, respectively personal activities are defined in the first part. The second part describes various methods which were used for writing of this bachelor thesis and there are the hypotheses that are evaluated in the conclusion. The analysis of present situation of selected personal activities which is based primarily on questionnaire survey in the selected organization which is Jednota, co-operative society in Jindřichův Hradec is done in the practical part. This part of the thesis contains the proposed corrective measures which could improve this situation.
Using of Disciplinary Means at the Second Stage of Basic Education

Thesis entitled ?Using of Disciplinary Means at the Second Stage of Basic Education? set itself a task to find out how teachers react to indiscipline of their pupils at the second stage of basic education during the lessons of Czech. In the empirical part there will be used the method of uninvolved observation and an interview with teachers. There will also serve a questionnaire for pupils to fill in the information and to look at the problems from more points of view. The theoretical part will offer a professional base for the research in practise. At first there will be given a definition of the term discipline by different authors, then there will be named and described reasons for indiscipline and types of indiscipline, then the longest chapter about disciplinary means will follow, and the last two chapters will be interested in prevention of indiscipline and mutual communication between the teacher and his/her pupils.
Eward and punishment in the life of a preschool child

The Bachelor paper examines the issue of educational tools. Rewards and punishments, though used most frequently, belong also to those tools whose merits and demerits are extensively discussed. The theoretical section offers different opinions and angles of view together with a range of possible approaches to upbringing and education. The section explores both the traditional and the contemporary methods available to bring children up in families and at infant schools. Moreover, this section of the paper presents a psychological insight into the children's perception and the manner in which they embrace moral values. The practical section processes and evaluates the results of research conducted in families and at four infant schools with reliance on a questionnaire. Additional bits of information were obtained by interviewing the children.

ABSTRACT This baccalaureate dissertation titled ?Reward and Punishment in Education? describes the frequency of utilisation of certain rewards and punitive measures in the educational process of pupils. The aim of the dissertation is to compare the approach to the usage of certain types of reward and punishment in the educational process of pupils at a selected school. The theoretic part is aimed at characterising the methods of evaluating the pupils? behaviour, as well as describing reward and punishment from both a pedagogic and psychological perspective. The practical part is devoted to conducting a research study, which deals with the awareness of teachers, parents and pupils in regards to the use of rewards and modes of punishment at a selected school. Based on the findings of the study we can state that reward is preferred to punishment by all groups.

The chosen theme of my graduate{\crq}s thesis suggests the main questions the thesis deals with. The theoretical part summarizes the rewards and punishments area with the specific focus in the field of preschool education. It concerns especially the views of the current educational approach in comparison to the theological and social opinion of the mentioned questions. The practical part observes the rewards and punishments area as it is accepted and used by a society. The research focused on both types of families {--} the atheistic and the faithful ones compares parents experience in the area of rewards and punishments and their requirements (in relation) to their own children. The aim of this work is to demonstrate the influence of the family philosophy and the own experience in using the rewards and punishments in the education of children. The conclusion of this thesis summarizes the found out facts and argues against the proposed hypothesis.
Reward and Punishment in Religious Education

This work deals with reward and punischment in education. The theoretical part summarizes the rewards and punishments area with the specific focus in the field of religious education, also deals with family education and education practice in primary education. In this work is taken into account pedagogical approach (religious education), psychological and theological-biblical approach. The practical part includes experimental investigation in area rewards and punishments from the perspective of 16 teachers of religion. It deals with experience with rewards and punishments in their childhood, in education their own childrens and their practic use of rewards and punishments in religious education lessons. The aim of this work is to demonstrate the influence own experiences with rewards and punishments in to using them in the education of children. The conclusion of this thesis summarizes the found out facts.
