The revision of the cadastre data in the cadastral unit of Hajany

The aim of the work on The revision of the cadastre data in the cadastral unit of Hajany is to find as many inconsistencies as possible between the actual situation in the field and the data registered in the cadastral register. The revision was carried out in accordance with Section 35 of Act No. 256/2013 Coll. on the Cadastre of Real Estate (Cadastral Act) and Section 43 of Decree No. 357/2013 Coll. on the Land Registry (Cadastral Decree). The identified inconsistencies were further divided into significant and insignificant inconsistencies. Proposals for elimination of selected inconsistencies are an integral part of the work. The result of the work is the preparation of annexes to the protocol on the result of the review of the found inconsistencies together with a graphic drawing in the copy of the cadastral map.

This thesis deals with the revision of the cadastre data in the cadastral area of Jundrov. The area of interest is only a part of the cadastral territory, which is classified by the Cadastral Office Brno - město. The revision of the cadastre data was carried out in accordance with Section 35 of Act no. 256/2013 Sb. on Real Estate Cadastre (Cadastral Act) and Section 43 of Act no. 357/2013 Sb. on land registry (cadastral decree). The result of the master’s thesis is a copy of the cadastral map with inconsistencies drawn, a list of discrepancies found, annexes to the protocol on the result of revision of the cadastre data.

Revision of Cadastre Documentation

This thesis deals not only with the reason why the revision of cadastral data is carried out, but also with individual activities that result from the revision and from the solution of the identified inconsistencies. Revisions are announced according to Section 35 of Act No. 256/2013 Coll., on the land register (Cadastral Act), and according to Section 43 of Cadastral Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the land register. The main requirement is not only to ensure the currency of data of the land register, but also informing owners and other authorized persons of the legal obligation to report changes according to Section 37 of Act No. 256/2013 Coll. to the land register. The content of this thesis is a revision of the cadastral area of Valašské Klobouky.
