The importance of the typology of communication types according to Kops in the profession of kindergarten teacher.

Bachelor's thesis deals with the significance of communication types based on Kops's typology in the profession of preschool teachers. Its aim is to determine the benefits of knowledge about communication types for the work of preschool teachers and how teachers utilize this typology. The introduction of the thesis describes the current approach to working with children. It provides basic facts about communication, including its verbal and nonverbal components. It also explores some techniques of effective communication. Detailed attention is given to individual communication types and their needs. In the practical part of the thesis, the results of qualitative research are interpreted. Interviews were conducted with selected preschool teachers. Based on these interviews, it was found that knowledge of communication types and their utilization facilitates the work of preschool teachers. It has an impact on the positive self-concept of educators, thus helping to create a friendly environment in the classroom. It serves as a prevention of misunderstandings in communication. It enables recognizing and considering the individual needs of children, thereby contributing to their sense of acceptance.
Respectful attitude to the child in kindergarten

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to verify whether kindergarten teachers choose a respectful approach towards children, which is focused on children's needs, their individual possibilities and interests. The theoretical part describes communication in general and defines respectful or effective communication and its forms, but ineffective communication is also described here. Furthermore, the text of the thesis is focused on the relationship between a child and an adult, on the individualization of education, where the importance of developmental peculiarities of preschool children is pointed out. The individual needs of children and inclusive education are also mentioned. For the purpose of achieving the set goal, qualitative research, a method of short-term intentional observation, was chosen, for which three criteria were chosen. The first criterion was the relationship between the child and the teacher. The second criterion related to the use of effective and ineffective forms of communication, and the third criterion dealt with the needs of children. The research group was kindergarten teachers from five institutions within the South Moravian and South Bohemian Regions. The observation was supplemented by a short semi-structured interview with kindergarten teachers. The aim of the interview was to find out the teachers' awareness of the individualization of education.

This bachelor's thesis is focused on the education of children within families, whose children are attending a nursery school with a respectful approach. The theoretical part deals with the topics of education, influences on education and educational manners. It defines family and institutional education as well. It approaches two current educational trends: respectful education and non-education. The practical part presents results of the quantitative research realized in the form of questionnaire. The questionnaire itself plots educational attitudes and manners in particular families, whose children are attending a nursery school with a respectful approach, and it observes the potential similarities or significant differences between school and family education in approach to the child as well.
