This diploma Thesis deals with the introducing of the Comptitive Intelligence process and creating a proposal for the implementation of this process to the selected company. The first part contains a description of the theoretical framework, followed by the review of the current situation in the company and the reasons why the Competitive Intelligence process should be implemented. The next part is focused on the proposal of the whole process. The conclusion of the thesis sumarizes the whole proposal and its benefits of this thesis for the company.

Analýza a návrh environmentálních datových modelů a vnějších rozhraní JISŽP kompatibilních s EU

Cílem projektu je vyvinutí centrálního výstupního datového modelu pro MŽP, který bude reflektovat potřeby strategického plánování, nadoborové informační podpory státní správy, informování veřejnosti, spolupráce s komerční sférou a mezinárodní reporting, dle aktuálních požadavků na integrovaný reporting. Datový model bude respektovat pyramidu MDIAR definovanou EEA včetně jejich datových modelů, rozhraní a nástrojů pro naplnění legislativních požadavků EU, dále požadavky na reporting OECD, UNEP a mezinárodních smluv, jimiž je ČR vázána. Zpráva popisuje průběh vývoje analytické databáze a její obsah, aktuální stav analýzy reportingových procesů, analýzy Reportnet a analýzy stávajících signifikantních datových zdrojů. Obsahuje vyhodnocení provedených analýz a výsledky prvních konzultací se zahraničními partnery.
