House of dignified old age Ivanovice

The subject of the bachelor's thesis was the elaboration of a proposal and subsequent processing of project documentation, consisting of documentation for building permits, documentation for construction implementation, and the design of architectural details on the topic: Dignified Aging House in Brno Ivanovice. This work builds upon the results of the BGA021 Architectural Design Studio focusing on residential buildings, which was developed during the winter semester of the second year. The goal of addressing the topic of a dignified aging house was to comply with all regulations and standards while creating dignified and comfortable living for the elderly generation. This objective was achieved by creating separate residential units with private outdoor spaces in the form of lodges, as well as common spaces, both interior and exterior. The first floor serves common purposes, including healthcare services, a social room with a thermos dispensary, garage space, and an atrium garden. The remaining two floors provide residential functions. The building itself has a shape resembling a lowercase "u," creating a private outdoor space for residents and a semi-public outdoor space in the rear of the plot. This space is accessible not only from the level of the second floor but also via the access road leading along the northern side of the plot, which also serves the garage area. Due to the height difference between the eastern and western parts of the plot, landscaping adjustments were proposed in line with the elevation of the first floor in the outdoor atrium section. Garages were placed below ground level on the western side of the plot, with a garden created above them at the level of the second floor. The design extensively incorporates green areas in combination with a reinforced concrete monolithic structure clad in white facade, wooden paneling, iron railings, and brick roofing.

BUT Area Kraví hora

The aim of the diploma thesis is a detailed study of the VUT area at Kraví Hora to a scale of 1: 200. The aim is to combine the interests of VUT and Brno in this extraordinary territory for the benefit of both subjects. For the needs of the city, I created a publicly accessible park in which I placed the VUT museum buildings and the spaces for the promotion of individual VUT faculties that the Technical University lacks. I have also placed the object of the creative business center here. These are rented spaces especially for VUT graduates and VUT employees who want to do creative work. Both buildings with a green walkable roof are embedded in the terrain so as not to disturb the overall impression of the landscape and create a natural transition between the buildings and the city park.

Load-bearing concrete structure of the residential building

Master´s thesis is focused on the design and assessment of reinforced concrete load-bearing structure of a detached house. The supporting structure model is processed in SCIA Engineer. Selected reinforced concrete elements are assessed in accordance with ČSN EN 1992 - 1 -1. Part of the thesis is a technical report and drawings of the shape and reinforcement.

Elementary School

The subject of this master’s thesis is a construction project documentation for the first level of the primary school in Němčany. The primary school is situated in the centre of the village in a buildable area with a parcel number 67/2. It is a three-story building of reinforced concrete, finished with a flat roof made of asphalt strips. In the school, there are five tribal classrooms for one hundred students, including facilities for serving and consumption of meals, a teacher’s room, and a principal’s office. Foundations are constructed from a combination of monolithic strips and reinforced concrete footings. The building is insulated with an ETICS system using mineral wool boards and facade plaster.

Hotel with wellness

The topic of this thesis is a new-building of a hotel with a wellness centre. The building site is located in the cadastral area of Malenovice near Zlín, the city of Zlín, Zlín Region. It is the building consisting of three rectangles inserted into each other. The building is designed as a six-floor skeletal construction with a cellar made of reinforced concrete, roofed with flat roofs. In the first floor there is a reception, a restaurant with outside seating, wellness centre, and utility rooms. The second and the third floor are intended for accommodation of guests in the form of double rooms and apartments. In the fourth and fifth floors there are double rooms as well. Rooms for guests and apartments are situated to the southern and northern part. This residential space is mostly equipped with balconies stretching along the corners. In the last, sixth floor there can be found the management of the hotel, a conference room and a bar with terrace. The main entrance is situated to the northern part of the object. Outdoor parking places are also a part of the hotel. Exterior and interior of the hotel are designed in the conformity with current modern trends. The layout of the space is functional and basic. The dynamics of the building is supported by external holes in black colour and by the two-coloured facade in blue and grey colours. The hotel is meant for both active and passive relaxation, there is a possibility of accommodation of young couples, families with children, elderly people, individuals, and people with limited ability of movement. The hotel of designed with the focus on the comfort of guests. Therefore the leisure time space is a part of hotel. The comfortable space for relaxation within the object is provided by the wellness centre mentioned above, the bar with terrace, and an outdoor swimming pool. Constructive technological project of block of flats Meandr in Brno

This diploma thesis deals with the construction technological project of block of flats residence Meandr in Brno - Komín. On the given topic are processed and all necessary supporting documents that enhances the clarity and orientation in matters large building for the preparation of the construction process. Given the scale, complexity and location of the building is structurally location technology project addresses the only earthworks and construction site of the main building object SO-01 only. Furthermore, nine small objects that are closely tied this main object within the premises of a residential building. Between integral part of this work include the project site facilities including a time of economic evaluation studies of major technological stages realization, design of main machinery and mechanisms itemized budgets volume of important buildings and budgets by THU volume, less important objects, further technological specification for the implementation of monolithic concrete construction as this topic linked inspection and test plan, risk and crisis measures. For the entire building housing residence is prepared detailed timetable and a lot of additional documents.

Bachelor's prize dealing with the state of all states in the territory of the family house. The aim of the work is to design new layouts and adjust the branches designed in the presented products in internships in internships in internships of internships of internships. Subsequently, a static calculation of the city by contractions is made, which includes their dimensional and assessment of the ultimate limit state and usability. The individual bones of the ceiling located above the ground floor family houses are assessed for these conditions. Between the assessed contrasting jaws, a monolithic ceiling slab, beams, balcony, staircase and column, which is directly connected to the ceiling slab. The calculation of internal forces was demonstrably in the student versions of the Dlubal RFEM 5 program. It is part of the trade documents for the life of the mentioned elements. The export was proceeded according to valid standards and principles.
