Bachelor thesis addresses the issue of subsidies from the EU Structural Funds and other financing options. Its aim is to understand and navigate the problems of raising funds to finance investment projects of INOTECH spol. s.r.o. The main objective is to select the most appropriate method of funding for this type of investment project. The resulting proposals follow the theoretical part and the results of the analysis of the current situation.
Financing of Public Construction Order and its Impact on Management of the Municipality

The aim my diploma’s thesis is define financial resources for public contract and combine funding with village economy. The theoretical part deals with public contracts and funding of. As fading are selected external and internal sources. The second part is practical and it is followed by the areas described in the theoretical part. There are described budget territorial units. It deals fading of project village. Its ecpression and impact on the budget and village’s economy.
Financing Possibilities of a Public Order in the Czech Republic and Slovakia

The possibilities of financing of a public offer defined by law directly influence the quality of lives of inhabitants. From this point of view, the manner of financing of public offer is crucial for every country. The first part of a theoretical work deals with subsidy policies of the Czech and Slovak Republic. In chapter European subsidy policy a classification into Structural funds and Cohesion Fund and the basic aims of economic and social cohesion policy are shown. An overview of Operational programmes of the Slovak and Czech Republic follows. A system of regional classification NUTS and LAU in Regional operational programmes is described in general. In the system of control of structural funds information about law prescriptions and entering authorities is shown. The next part consists of subsidies from the budget of regions and state budget. The most important are subsidies from State Housing Development Fund and State Environmental Fund (SR) or Environmental Fund (CR). The chapter Subsidies under the control of The Office of the Government of the Slovak Republic deals with support of disadvantaged people. Each country defines the mechanisms of support and possible receivers. The subsidy policy of the Slovak Republic comprises special fund of The Office of the Government of the Slovak Republic also called reserve fund of the Prime Minister. The second part of the theoretical work discusses possible ways of financing of investment activities in a village. More specifically, they are an own budget sources of the village, subsidies, PPP and bank products. The thesis examines a bank and bridging loan in detail. In practical part a project Extension and Reconstruction of Cultural Centre in Veličná, which was co-financed by the European Union, is discussed. Practical information about investor, plan and progress of reconstruction from time, financial and technical view is to be found there. The course of payments is described in detail.
Modelling of Financial Resources of Construction Order from the Aspect of Investor

The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is to show options of funding in public builders contract from European fund. The theoretical part explains and specifies most important concepts which are regarding these issues and shows public sector all together with explanation of basics concepts and forms of funding in public contract. The second part is practical and we can find there models of flow of subsidies, all costs and drawing of suitable loan for financial of public builders contract. The model is performed on two different projects which are mutually compared and evaluated.
The evaluation of the use of EU structural funds in the Central Bohemia Region in the period 2007 - 2013

My bachelor work deals with the evaluation of the use of EU structural funds in the Central Bohemia Region within the Regional Operational Program in Cohesion Region of Central Bohemia in the period 2007 - 2013. The description of the strategy and objectives of the program, the characteristics of the individual priority axes and areas of intervention during the subsidy system are given in the theoretical part. The practical part deals with the development of the use of structural funds in the Central Bohemia Region, where overall results achieved within the Regional Operational Program in Cohesion Region of Central Bohemia both from financial and technical point of view are evaluated. An analysis of the fulfillment of monitoring indicators at the level of priority axes and comparing actual results with expected targets in the program documents follows. In the final part an actual effects and impacts of program implementation on the population of the entire region of Central Bohemia are analyzed. The results of the Regional Operational Program in Cohesion Region of Central Bohemia and the comparison with other operational programs in the programming period 2007 - 2013 are given. There is also the evaluation of one of the failed projects and one of the most successful applicants on the contrary. The examples of completed projects are given.

The effect of European Union grants on economic growth of NUTS II regions in the Czech Republic. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2015. The bachelor thesis concerns the effect of European Union grants on economic growth of NUTS II regions in the Czech Republic over the period 2007-2013. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on a characterization of the region; a development and a characterization of European Union regional politics and its application in the Czech Republic. The main part of the thesis uses a regression analysis to study the effect of grants from cohesive politics on the growth of the regional GDP. The results of analysis are explained and compared to existing scientific papers.
