The difference between the coach's notion and the reality of the level of regeneration in football in the category under-19

Title of Bachelor thesis: The difference between the coach's notion and the reality of the level of regeneration in football in the category under-19 Aim of thesis: The main aim of thesis is to find out in what extent from coach's point of view matches the notion of ideally realized regeneration for football players in category under-19 and real realization. The first part-goal of the thesis is analysis of the approach to the regeneration and compensation of football coaches of U-19 category. The second part-goal is analysis of the availability of regenerative means in category U-19. Methods: Survey using a battery of questions compiled into a non-standardized questionnaire. Results: The thesis brings results, that show the gap between the ideály realized regeneration for players in category U-19 through the eyes of coaches and its actual implementation. It points out the possible causes of the problém, which may be insufficient conditions, reluctance of players or lack of time. The analysis of the football coaches approach to regeneration showed, that the coaches are aware of the importance of regeneration in the training process ane at the same time confirm the seriousness of the problém of insufficient regeneration for players of category U-19. Sport performance of football players is distinctly influenced by regeneration, which is inseparable part of both training and match efforts. Nowadays it is often forgotten or neglected. The purpose of this thesis is to create a summary of regeneration methods and means during one year football training cycle and to analyze their use for practical purposes. To make a choice and characteristic of a research file. Further more to compile and carry out a survey. In conclusion this thesis is focuses on an evaluation of obtained data.

Bachelor thesis title: Regeneration in judo Goal: Comparison of various possibilities of regeneration methods and tools of the professional club USK Praha and non-professional club Judo Přibram. Gathering and comparison of the knowledge in the sphere of regeneration methods, among the competitors in chosen groups. Method: The questionnaire survey, qualitative research. Results: Of From the gathered results we recognize, that of ten regeneration methods the professional club USK Praha is performing nine. The non-professional club Judo Přibram is using six regeneration tools. The most used methods are stretching, sleep and sauna. Analysis of the impact of regeneration and nutrition on athletic performance

Regeneration is an integral part of the training and racing efforts of athletes, and significantly affects athletic performance. Still, it is often overlooked or neglected by athletes. The aim of this work is a list of means of regeneration for athletes and their importance in the sports process, to analyse components of nutrition, fluid intake and proper diet. The analytical part deals with the definition of the concept of fatigue and regeneration. It describes the educational, psychological, biological and pharmacological means of regeneration. Furthermore the physical and balneology procedures, their effects on the body and their use of athletes in the regeneration process are dicussed in this part. It also deals with the concepts of regeneration by movement, compensatory exercise and stretching, description of components of nutrition, rational diet for athletes, drinks, vitamins and their affect on the organism. Synthetic part shows variety of nutritional supplements, their effects, uses and impact on athletic performance.
