1 The Pyramid Complex of Djedkare-Isesi at South Saqqara and its Decorative Program Mohamed Megahed Abstract The present thesis aims to publish pyramid complex of King Djedkare and its decorative program for the first time. The rule of King Djedkare was very significant and many important changes happened in the Egyptian state during his time. He is known to have reorganized the royal mortuary cults of his predecessors in Abusir; the remains of the papyrus archives discovered in three mortuary temples in Abusir are to a great extent related to this reorganization, as most of the preserved papyrus fragments come from the time of this king. Besides the other available evidence from his reign, numerous finds were discovered in the king's pyramid complex, which have, however, not been published until now. These include fragments of relief decoration and the present study thus can help us better understand and interpret the development of royal relief at the end of the Fifth Dynasty. The thesis is divided into five chapters, the first chapter provides a guideline to the thesis and its catalogue, and presents an up to date state of research on the decoration of the royal mortuary complexes of the Old Kingdom. The importance of CSR in direct selling

The work deals with the importance of Corporate social responsibility (CSR) in direct selling. The theoretical part characterises direct selling as a whole. It focuses on multilevel marketing, which is the most frequently used form of direct selling. Next it mentions characteristic features that help us disclose illegal systems. These systems just pose as multilevel marketing. This part also comprises statistics that provide an overview of the position of direct selling in the market. In large part it deals with consumer protection. To a certain extent, consumer protection might be guaranteed through CSR, the Code of ethics and a company's memberhip in direct selling associations. The practical part includes a case study. The subject of the study is the largest direct selling company -- Avon Product. The main goal of the work is to prove/disprove following hypothesisses: "While doing the shopping, customers give priority to other factors rather than CSR" and "While looking for a job, people (distributors) give priority to other factors rather than CSR". The hypothesisses will be evaluated on the basis of questionnaire survey, which has a quantitative and qualitative part.

Analyze to use of network marketing in a company

In my work I appreciated and considered the particular advantages compared to classical network marketing business. In the theoretical part, I mainly focused on the definition of network marketing, network marketing history, abuse of the principle of NWM, advantages and disadvantages of network marketing, illegal system and calculation of remuneration in network marketing. The analysis was first carried out the characteristics of the selected company, followed by analysis of network marketing in particular, core company products. The analysis network marketing was done evaluation work and subsequently recommended changes.

Follower of Buddhism on unit care

The problems of buddhism on a care ward has been theme of our works, which we{\crq}ve devided in theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part, nurses and also wider public can acquiant with basic informations of buddhism. Theoretical part is devided into eight main chapters. In theoretical part we{\crq}ve reached for {\clqq}List dissimilarities in satisfying needs of buddhism confessors to health and diseases.`` In practical part we discuss reults of our research. To get data, we used technique of questionary. Content of third aim was {\clqq}Compare sister knowledge of Southbohemian and Centralbohemian region in specifications of buddhism confessor care.`` We set two hypotheses for this aim. Hypothesis no.1 considered, that nurses are able to satisfy needs of buddhist with their professionality and hypothesis no.2 considered, that nurses knowledge about care probleme in Southbohemian region is lower than in Centralbohemian region. Both hypotheses were confirmed after data processing. Pieces of knowledge from theoretical and practical part are included in the end of this work. There is also mentioned usage of work in practice {--} motivate nurses in attractive form, so they have interest to learn new informations about new cultures and ethnic communities. Nurses also to get wider general view, necessary at this time. In the end in separate chapter the {\clqq}Care specifications of buddhism confessors in sanitations`` is described, which was subject of second aim. For completion of this aim the standard of nursing care was elaborated: {\clqq}Principles of implementation on nursing care, confessing by buddhists in sanitations.``
